Scam company that offers great races with great merchandise only thing is there merchandise is always out of stock once you've paid for it. They send me the same email each month for nearly a year
"Our supplier has just got the product back in stock and we will be shipping it to you shortly please allow 4-5 weeks depending on country." This is repeated everytime I ask for refund or where my product is. Please don't use this company for your runs.

I ordered our medals and certificates upon registering for the GWR attempt in Sept 2021 and they arrived in a timely manner. My own fault I ordered the shirts AFTER the event and there was great popularity for them. The shirts DID arrive. It took almost half a year but they DID arrive and are just perfect. Quality is wonderful. Virtual runners org. DID respond to EVERY email I sent them so communication was good. I was just frustrated at how long it took but that was out of their hands due to demand. I am very pleased with medals, certificates and shirts.

Die Anmeldung lief ohne Probleme Punkt der Nachweis auch Punkt den letzten Lauf hatte ich am 5. März 2022 und die Medaille kam heute am 15. März 2022 sein T-Shirt an Punkt top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich hatte aus Versehen eine falsche Distanz eingegeben habe dem Support geschrieben und es wurde sofort korrigiert immer wieder gerne liebe Grüße an das Team

Don't donate this organisation. They steal your money. You will not get anything from them no medals, no t-shirts. And now they are speculate on the war in Ukraine. Where this money will go, only God knows!

I’ve been waiting for over 6 months for the items I paid for. I’ve had to chase them every 2-4 weeks for an update and each time I get the same templated response with patronising emojis. They won’t let you escalate the issue, they block your generic posts unless they are positive. This is robbery. Avoid at all costs.

Very supportive team especially in the shipment of medals. It's not easy because of the pandemic but they've tried so hard to meet the expectations of the runners. Keep up the good work! Good job everyone. And always be safe :)!

It was really a honour to be a part of this wonderful and historic event to create a Guinness World Record for most runners running 10km in 24hours window

Je me suis mise à courir , il y peu de temps. Virtual runners m'a permis de me donner des objectif de sorties pour gagner des médailles . Cela permet des faire des sorties run chez soi pour préparer d'autres courses . J'en suis à 3 courses avec eux et j'ai reçu ma médailles dans la semaine qui suit la course .
on peut trouver des promos ou offre de leur part pour baisser un peu le prix des engagements .

I completed the Olympic challenge in August and the Route 66 in July . I am still awaiting the medals and t shirt. I get emails thanking me for my patience but that is practically non-existent now.
Stupidly I also bought the world series challenges and storage so am awaiting them as well.
Why did I believe their hype?

I saw the post on facebook and the dogs run what made me join. I love my dog and usually walk him, so why not join. Me and my oreo took time to complete the 3 km but it was fun knowing we will have our medals after.

VR have made it possible to still compete and take part in remote competitions

I recently signed up with them and got my medal! I love the new designs. They also have interesting challenges which I would definitely join too! Better experience on my end.

Since the start of the covid pandemic, I have been running 'runs' to my full satisfaction at VirtualRunners. It not only provides motivation but also the necessary movement in this time of crisis. The medals are very original and beautiful and certainly contribute to this.
From the start I have signed up for 32 runs of which I have now completed 28. I am still waiting for 7 medals, 6 of which are from the World Run Series. I can expect this soon as I was told.
The remaining 21 I have all received in excellent packaging; one a little earlier than the other. I always receive a satisfactory answer to questions quickly and neatly.

Virtualrunners team is very responsive and helpful. I have received my medal twice so i wanted to return it back to them but they advised to keep it. Whenever I reach out to them they are kind and helpful. I really enjoy running with them and their medals are just perfect.

I love this group, they have fun virtual runs every weekend of every length for all people. They are very inclusive, and count my recumbent bike riding towards my experience. As a disabled person this is very important to me. Yes, they did have trouble in the beginning with medal deliveries, but they have been extremely responsive to my inquiries. I love their tech shirts too! Customer Service has been exceptional, and they have responded to me on all of the platforms when I have had questions. Facebook, Instagram, and Email inquiries have all been responded to quickly (keeping in mind the time difference). The website may not be the best, but it is continually being updated with improvements. Give them a try, you will have fun!

Signed up and paid in March 2021 for the GWR 10k event in September 2021 - and am still waiting for my medal (February 2022) despite emailing them numerous times. I keep being fobbed off with various excuses. They have the worst so called "customer service" I've ever come across. I would never book anything with them again!
