This was my 4th first aid course but my 1st online so I was a little bit skeptical. From the very first enquiry email to my final passed certificate email, the team were amazing. I experienced a very professional and high quality service. I was well informed throughout my course and I learnt everything by the book! Darren was incredible, he was able to teach a large class and get everyone involved. Darren's teaching style was great and kept everyone interested. The level of help was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to do their first aid in a fun energetic yet relaxed manner to book.

Really supportive team that makes each aspect of the assessments easy to understand. They take their time to break down the information if necessary and give the option of 1-1 sessions upon request to provide any further assistance.
