The service offers solid support for small businesses like mine. My assistant is skilled and proactive. Sometimes initial training takes a bit longer, but overall a very good experience.

We sourced a Social Media manager for our online ecomm business through Virtual Coworker. Being a SME business we didn't have capacity to hire in Australia. This VA they provided us was efficient and on time each day, gave us a run down of the projects she was working on and we worked off a clear detailed project plan document. Our Virtual Coworker team helped us manage her, checked in regularly and would be a middle man for anything we needed reviewing (or that she needed checking with us such as public holidays etc). We really enjoyed that process and working with them. We met with a few agencies but chose Virtual Coworker as they have been around the longest and have a good support team, I liked the Account Manager aspect and the fact I was talking to someone on the ground in Australia (literally around the corner!) throughout.
