Amazing service from start to finish and so quick! Contacted them at 9.50am, by 10.05am had the video call with an English speaking Dr who was fabulous! Sent the prescription to my phone in the form of a pdf and I took it straight to the pharmacy! Very cost effective and efficient! If the need arises again I will definitely use them for sure! Thank you! ☺️

The doctor was so helpful, I’d come to Spain for a holiday and left my medication at home messaged virtual clinics, they responded almost immediately, sent me a QR code for a prescription within about 20 minutes to collect from any pharmacy

Exceptional service.

I contacted the service at 7:30 a.m. to request a prescription for an antibiotic due to persistent symptoms.

Even though the service officially starts at 8:00 a.m., Dr. Carlos Palacios Garcia contacted me at 7:40 a.m. He carefully assessed my condition and the relevant risk factors and then prescribed the appropriate medication.

All the necessary documentation was sent to me electronically, and by 8:30 a.m. I was able to start the treatment.

I would also like to point out that I was on holiday and this was the first time I had ever needed medical assistance of this kind while abroad. Being outside my home country naturally added some discomfort and anxiety to the situation.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend it. Health comes first.
