Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve had to return and exchange a few items, not because of the quality, but because they weren’t the right size, as they were gifts for my partner, and customer service has been absolutely top tier. The responses are quick and helpful, and you can tell this is a company that truly values its customers. Each customer, no matter what they spend, is treated equally.

Looking for a belcher chain,I read earlier reviews before choosing Virage. I found the chain I wanted and ordered online,the item arrived very quickly and very well.packaged..
I have to say the quality is outstanding and no-one has noticed that I'm not wearing my genuine gold one. Guaranteed 2 years against defects or tarnishing..Only 1 week.in but I can say it is fantastic quality..and trust me I am fussy..
