Amazing company I was ABIT sceptical at first but I am pleased to say that they are no joke virage are not only amazing craftsman but they also back it with impeccable customer experience and service. Id highly recommend that if your looking for amazing quality at a fraction of the price virage is where it's at.

Poor Return Policy - Must not try on
Update to my original review.
Changes to the return policy now include been allowed to opening the packaging and trying items on for fit etc.
My original review were for the old terms where it clearly stated Unworn for returns and no extra terms saying you could try on, real shame I could not try on now as I followed the original terms.
Have updated my original 2 star review to 4 stars as the terms change is very positive, delivery was quick and communication on my returned items spot on, just waiting for the refund now.
Delivery times were excellent and chain and bracelet set arrived in good time.
Was a little worried over the colour after a quick look before work and was looking forward to seeing how it looked when wearing it. (Colour is very bright and a strong yellow looking very much different from my genuine 9ct bracelets and genuine 9ct gold rings).
It may be because my own jewellery is a little old and worn as it is stated to be plated in 18ct gold and the shine is brilliant, just the yellow screams fake at you.
While at work I checked the return policy on the off chance I wasn't truly happy with the colour and was shocked to see some terms I feel are most likely unlawful under UK Consumer Regulations.
Returned items must be unworn so you can't even open the packaging (shrink wrapped) and try the bracelet/Chain on to see how it looks on you, how it feels on and how it wears on you the individual.
Ridiculous terms and I started a return immediately.
Returns were pretty easy and simple, a few options on your reason for return and a quick printable return label at a reasonable price for royal mail tracked.
Disappointing experience, really didn't want to pay out over 3k for genuine gold pieces for up coming holiday so this was an option I was willing to try, real shame you were only able to look at the items in the genuine wrappings.
I have given 2 stars for the quick ordering online and quick shipping.
Stars removed due to the return policy which cripples the customer in making a genuine decision on the quality of the items.

Each of our pieces are finished in real 14k or 18k gold dependent on the specific product, so as you say, will naturally appear brighter than your 9ct gold chain that you have worn for an extended period. It’s also worth noting, that due to us using real gold plating on all of our products, it’s simply not possible for them to appear fake, as we use the exact same real gold as solid gold pieces. It simply sounds like you prefer a less gold piece of jewellery, such as the 9ct chain you are comparing it to.
In regards to our returns policy, you can absolutely return items to us for a refund, even when you have taken your jewellery out of its packaging and have tried it on. As per our returns policy, we simply ask them to be returned WITH their original packaging, which of course means you can still try them on after removing any packaging. Be rest assured our returns policy is fully compliant with UK and International consumer law.

Cuban chain
Ordered a Cuban chain was sent quickly but I had not put the first line of address in so was sent back to sender by royal mail. Emailed Virage to explain what had happened who replied they can see this and promptly sent out another. Chain arrived very impressed with the quality and look.
Nice to see a company with a good product and great service combined.

I initially order wrong size for the mens Cuban set. No problem and the return was smooth and efficient. Ordered correct sizes and love the Cuban set.
I've been wearing it now since I ordered it. Its gone through daily gym wear, daily routines (cologne use etc) and no defect, darkening to items or greening to skin.

It doesn't look like Gold
I don’t really like the color, it doesn’t look like real gold, look fake. I got a “Gold chain and 2 weeks later loosing the color. When l contact this rip-off company, just told me, they can't do anything if l used the product.
Don't buy anything from Virage.
They did contacted me but they didn’t do anything, this company sell you products and after u are stuck with this rubbish product. Never buy again.

Firstly, I can assure you our products are guaranteed to never tarnish, fade or discolour, which is backed up by the many hundreds of other reviews on here, so it is simply not possible for your products to start loosing colour within 2 weeks, as our unique PVD plating process ensures this simply will not happen.
Secondly, all of our products are finished in either 14k or 18k real gold, so they look exactly like solid gold pieces. There is simply no difference in the visual appearance when compared to solid gold pieces.
Thirdly, your order is also backed by a 2 year warranty, so if there are any issues at all, we will either fix or replace any issues completely free of charge during this period.
Fourth, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange within our returns period, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. As you have already worn the item, due to obvious hygiene reasons, it is not possible to process a refund. However, as mentioned above, should you experience any issues, your product is covered by a 2 year warranty and you can simply reach out to our team directly on sales@viragelondon.com.

Therefore as a visitor, you know exactly the length you are purchasing prior to placing the order. We also offer a very detailed size guide for you to also check your wrist size before making any purchase. Unfortunately it sounds like you didn't review either of these before placing an order, and so made a mistake on the exact item and size that would best suit your wrist. It is also worth noting we do also offer a number of different lengths for many of our products too, all of which can be chosen directly on each product page.
