Absolutely incredible service
Absolutely incredible service, couldn’t recommend a better supplier in the UK. Clothes are amazing quality, and their customer service is above and beyond. Been making a lot of profit and will be using these guys for a long time.
Had a few issues with one of out of many of the boxes I’ve ordered and they replaced it whilst letting me keep the initial box - top blokes! Everything else has been incredible quality for vintage pieces, which you don’t often get with other suppliers on the market for these prices.
Do not listen to some of the muppets on here complaining because they didn’t get their box a day after they ordered it.
Poor customer service
I contacted Vintage Wholesale on the 28th of November to request a return (within the 14 day policy) however it is yet to be sorted. We are now in January and I have been patient long enough. From a consumer’s perspective this is very poor service. After constantly chasing the retailer I finally received a response after 2 weeks. It took them 2 weeks to respond.
Yet the return has not been resolve. I received a response from Mark however it feels as though he’s doing everything he can to make sure I can’t return it. The lack of responses, not providing me a return address, ignoring my emails. I feel that I have been patient long enough. Not only that, the item I brought was £13 a piece and some of the items don’t even resell above £13.
Very very poor service, I really do hope this review will speed the process. A good business consists of good customer service, this one does not.

Purchased on the 3rd of december and I…
Purchased on the 3rd of december and I am still waiting for this parcel. I ordered a 20x branded reseller box for £220 and i have received no tracking or emails as to where my parcel is. I acknowledge delays can occur, but no updates/tracking is unforgivable.
Contacted 3+ times but all times i have either been aired or told that I should wait a few days and if not then to contact again.
Writing this in hope someone from the team may read this. All round for a first time order very poor

No communication and poor items it has been over 2 weeks!
I ordered a box of vintage clothing from this website on the 2nd of December, and I'm extremely disappointed with the items that have arrived in my box as they were classed as “grade A items”.
I have been trying to reach out to them about this and contacted them through every contact they have on their website including email, online form, phone and instagram and I still have had no response more than 2 weeks on
I expected better customer service, especially after reading their website about contacting them.
I have not not happy with my experience, and I would hesitate to recommend this site to others until they improve their customer service and communication.
I have decided to leave this review as I can see that this is one way that they might actually respond to me, and hopefully they will get back to one of my emails.

Disappointed with Service – No Updates or Dispatch After 1 Week
I ordered a box of vintage clothing from this website over a week ago, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Despite the payment being processed, I haven't received any updates or communication regarding my order. More frustratingly, it hasn't been dispatched yet.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of any response or tracking information is unacceptable. I expected better customer service, especially after waiting this long. At this point, I’m left questioning whether my order will even arrive.
Not happy with my experience, and I would hesitate to recommend this site to others until they improve their communication and fulfillment process.

I ordered from this company at the start of November and recieved absolutely no communication about delivery until I Emailed them on the 15th November. They didn't reply but a few days later I recieved dispatch information.
They were then delivered on the 28th November (taking above 3 weeks to arrive) I ordered 10 Sweatshirts for £80 and it's literally £80 down the drain.
None of the items were in resale condition at all. ALL of the paler coloured items have multiple stains on them. ALL items were bobbly on the inside, they all smelt of damp really bad.
At least half of the items have the labels cut out, so it's a game of guess the size.
I Emailed the company on the same day they got delivered, so 28th November and they haven't bothered to response.
DO NOT waste your money on this company, I fell for the great reviews, but they are clearly false.

Edit: Refund Received, But Service Remains Awful – Poor Communication, Insults and Broken Promises
I placed an order with this company on November 27th and received an “order shipped” email on December 3rd. However, no tracking number was provided. I later received an email from Parcel2Go, stating they were the shipping provider, but since December 3rd, the tracking status has remained stuck on “Waiting for confirmation from the courier.” No updates since then.
I’ve reached out multiple times through every channel possible—emailing their info address, replying to my order confirmation, and even contacting Mark via the email he posted in a previous comment. None of my emails have been answered. I’ve also tried calling the number listed on their website (which is invalid) and the number here on Trustpilot, which only goes to voicemail.
This has been a frustrating and time consuming experience with zero communication. If this issue is resolved with what I ordered or a full refund, I’m happy to update this review, but as of now, I’ve reached my limit.
Edit: After submitting my initial 1 star review, Mark reached out via email - apparently the only way to get a response from this company. He claimed there was an issue with my address, despite me providing screenshots proving it was correct. He said the issue stemmed from their system.
Mark promised to ship my order with next day delivery, two weeks after I initially placed it. He provided a tracking number, but it was missing a digit. When I asked for clarification, he said he was traveling abroad and would check and update the tracking from the airport. This never happened. Given that they use Shopify, it’s unclear why Mark couldn’t simply update the tracking via their system or Parcel2Go—a process that takes minutes.
I followed up daily for three more days, still without an update or the correct tracking information. On December 13th, after weeks of delays, I requested a full refund. Mark accused me of blackmail in the reply here for saying I would “update/edit” my review, which I’ve done here. For clarity, I never promised to increase the rating or delete my review, only to reflect my experience accurately. Despite finally receiving a refund, I remain highly dissatisfied with the service.
Mark’s response to my review came within 24 hours of the refund, yet the company couldn’t manage timely communication during the order process. He claims I promised to remove my review - this is false. I said I would update it based on my experience, and I stand by my negative feedback. I can provide email screenshots to support this if necessary.
Instead of taking accountability, this company shifts blame onto customers in their review responses. Their customer service, dispatch times, and communication need serious improvement. What once seemed like a reliable company with great reviews has now devolved into unprofessional and inadequate service. Perhaps something changed within the company recently.
To make matters worse, Mark used my personal contact information from my order to text me directly - this is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I view this as harassment and ask not to be contacted further. I have no business left with this company after receiving my refund.
Despite the refund, this 1 star review will remain. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. My experience was marked by false promises, lack of communication, poor updates, and unprofessional conduct.
FURTHER UPDATE:
After posting my updated review, Mark has again contacted me via my personal number, this time resorting to insults, calling me a “pathetic idiot.” This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable from any business representative.
I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to reconsider. This level of harassment and unprofessionalism is not something any customer should have to endure.
