Delivery took a long time
Ordering was quick and easy, however delivery took two weeks which surprised me. I think I would have think again before ordering because of that. The product itself is well packaged and the lovely surprise of a bar of chocolate was very kind. I have not yet tested the logs in a fire but I look forward to doing so.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback and for taking the time to leave a review—we really appreciate it!
I’m so sorry to hear that delivery took longer than expected. Unfortunately, the delays were caused by adverse weather conditions the previous week, which affected An Post's operations and staffing in certain areas. They’ve assured us that extra resources have been put in place to clear any backlogs, so future deliveries should be back to normal soon.
We’re so glad you appreciated the packaging and the little chocolate treat! 🍫 I hope you love Vino Logs when you get the chance to try them—they’re designed to bring clean, sustainable warmth to your home. If there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your patience and support—it means the world to us!

They lasted as long as coal would
They lasted as long as coal would, and just as warm. They didn’t leave stains so a lot cleaner then regular coal.

These new vino logs are a real treat! They have no odors and are super easy to manage. They burn longer than my regular wood logs and provide amazing heat that lingers well after the fire has died down. A big shoutout to the producers for creating them in a completely sustainable way!
