Vinero.ro scam website. Ordered more than a month ago. They are not replying to emails, phones or messages. I'm in the process of reporting them to the police and filing a fraud case. Avoid them at all costs.

I placed an order with vinero.nl on February 19.
Six weeks later, I sent an email asking about the status of my order.
I haven’t received a response from them; this seems like a total scam.

J’attire l’attention à tout les internautes. Site frauduleux !
Surtout ne rien leur acheter, ils ne répondent pas au mail. J’ai fait mon achat le 9 fevrier facture à l’appui le 27 fevrier tjrs rien reçu.

Krijg geen contact met dit bedrijf. De bestelling is ruim voor de kerst geplaatst, maar krijg geen verzendbevestiging. De e-mail adressen werken niet, via het contactformulier komt ook geen reactie. Ik probeer nu via VISA het geld maar terug te ontvangen

La commande a été confirmée sans délai de livraison, aucune possibilité de contact et après plus de 6 semaines d'attente, le produit est arrivé différent de ma commande!!!

SCAMMERS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM , I bought a pack of 6 bottles from Vinero.es . No confirmation , no one answered to emails. Lost 146€ of Christmas present.

UPDATE: After 15 days I received an email from fedex saying that the shipment was prepared. Today 30/12 I received them home. What crazy experience. They don’t answer nothing all the time.

vinero.es de spaña es una estafa.compre unos vinos.nunca me respondieron.reclame al banco la devolucion y me digeron que el sitio de cobro lo ubicaban en rumania....ya con esto vi una estafa

Updated 21st Jan 26. I am very surprised to have received notification from FedEx that my order is on the way. I ordered it in November. We will see. If they are a legitimate company their customer service and communication skills are very poor

I ordered & paid for 3 bottles of Gin from Vinero.es. I didnt receive confirmation of the order and the 5 business day promise of delivery has passed. I've heard nothing. I have made several attempts to contact them via email but the emails are rejected by Vineros server. There is no telephone number.

Commande passée le 22 Novembre et jamais reçue. J’ai utilisé leur formulaire de contact en ligne mais pas de réponse! Il doit y avoir de faux avis car certaines personnes disent qu’elles ont reçu leurs commandes…. Je n’y crois pas trop. À mon avis c’est une arnaque !

Compre desde españa a Vinero.es 3 cajas de vino o sea 18 botellas, al recibir el pedido solo habian 16 botellas. He escrito muchas veces al email de España y al de Francia y no he recibido respuesta alguna, tampoco he recibido la factura.
Son unos estafadores.

Ater 10 days of waiting since ordering, my order apears canceled. No message, no explaining. WTF!? Ordered on 20 October 2025 on vinero.ro Really dissapointed!

Finally, after two weeks and a few phone calls with a courier rep from British customs, my case of amazing (and pretty pricey) French wine showed up. The outer box was a bit rough-looking, but inside, there was the original wooden case from 1998! The wine arrived in perfect condition, though. All in all, it turned out to be a great experience. Cheers!

I must admit, I was rather comcerned after placihg my order, as l happened to see the reviews afterwards. However, l did receive an automated email form FedEx the very same day, and l was able to track the parcel all the way to my doorstep. When it finally arrived, l opened it right there in front of the courier. Thankfully, the wines arrived safe and sound.

Took far too logn, didn't it?! mean, 14 days for a case of wine? Honestly, that's just not on. Maybe it's fine for some, but for me, that's well over the mark. Won't be ordering again, I'm afraid.

One of the bottles arrived damaged during transit. It took three emails before anyone actually responded. The replay, while politr, was reyher curt. That said things moces along swiftly after that-they issued a refund for broken within 24 hours. I might consider placing another order, as they do stock some rather rare wines in their range, but I'n still on the fence.

The parcels were help up at customs for four days. I tried getting in touch with them several times-no livk! I'm fairly sure they received my messages though, as a few days later, a chap from FedEx got in touvh and said the parcels were on their way to me.

I was under the impression they were bsdsed locally, but the parcels ended up coming from the EU. i believe they sorted the customes charges, but the 16-day wait like an absolute eternity.
