Today I decided to give time to improve myself by attending Gratitude session which is conducted by my old friend Vinay. I’m fortunate that I got to know Vinay as a person 10 years back and I’m still grateful to have him as my friend and witness his journey of success. Vinay always has this mindset of creating good impact on others, help people to heal, overcome any problems and guiding people to live their best life. I have to learn so much from Vinay to be a better person. Today’s session was definitely eye opener and blown my mind with the activities which I usually do not do often and regret latter. I attended a recent 7 day Gratitude challenge workshop. The first day for 1 and half was itself amazing that there are so many grateful things that u aren't aware and should thank God for it and u feel so blessed to have so many things in life and u feel good. Vinay covered on each aspect of life that we should be grateful for. And now we have committed him to write 7 different letters for next 7 days to people which are important in life and thank them for the different great things that they have done for us and send them

Vinay is highly dedicated, punctual and passionate person. Since I have started interacting with him by attending session, there is a lot change in me, change in way I started looking at life. Change in my thoughts.

Mindfulness Daily
I eagerly wait for Vinay's session everyday. Breathing meditation, focus meditation, thought and body scan meditations all of these seemed so difficult, but with Vinay's help it has become very easy. Had I been aware that spending just half an hour or even less can change my life so much then I would have joined his sessions much earlier. I can actually see miracles happening in my life. Thanks a ton Vinay..!!
