Vilsano 

Took my money and never responded. I would randomly catch someone on the support chat however they were not helpful. This site has since been suspended. The money from my account was processes through another similar site in the Netherlands-- Volendarop.shop. Same type of scam website. I have engaged authorities as well as my financial institution. Be careful when you shop.

The website is set up to take your money by offering things at cheap prices but then you get nothing. If you haven’t paid by credit card, you can’t even get your money back.

SCAM DO NOT BUY!!! You won't receive anything apart from a headache trying to get your money back

Money taken from my account but order not processed or dispatched. Customer services then say they are still waiting for my funds to clear. Requested cancellation and received no further contact. All of this has played out over four weeks so ample time for them to put it right. I would not buy from Vilsano again.

1) Tons and tons of fake reviews, wouldn’t you say it’s weird that 8, 5 star reviews were posted within 11 hours? I would!

2) Took my money, didn’t ship my GPU and then stopped responding to calls, emails etc. (i got my money back though paypal)

3) There “business” address shows a Lebanese takeaway… if that’s not dodgy enough for you not to choose this company than I don’t know what is.

PLEASE BE AWARE! :)

Scam. Do not buy. They've clearly spent time writing fake reviews which give them 5 stars (and take the concerns from real customers and highlight how they aren't concerns). I purchased an item and they never delivered, provided tracking details or responded to calls or emails.

They need to be shut down asap

Ordered an item nothing received no response to emails does appear to be a scam site beward! On Street View the company address appears to be a derelict building and the 5 start reviews on here look very suspicious hopefully Trustpilot will investigate.

Ordered a product before a holiday, it didn’t look like it was going to arrive in time as I’d had no dispatch notification, emailed for information, no reply, got my money back through PayPal who were very helpful, don’t trust this shop, but if you do make sure you use PayPal.

I never, ever, ever write a review but I am doing it because I feel the need to warn and protect buyers from this business. If there were a negative score, I would give it. When you make a purchase you do not receive any confirmation email (a bike which costs £1000!). I had to email them and contact the online assistant (they replied 3 days after continuous chasing) to get a confirmation of the purchase. Then, after further chasing (I even called, none replied, but I doubt this number is valid) got an email saying that fedEx has my parcel and they will confirm the tracking number soon (not a proper email template used by legit companies but a personal email, really professional!). I then asked PayPal to get a refund cause I realised they are a scam. I even asked PayPal to not work with them cause they are not good. Please protect your hard earned money and do your research before deciding buying from an online shop. I’ve spent many hours worrying about my purchase/money and that’s not the way to spend life. Please be careful!

Paid for fake reviews and bad products on google. Don't purchase

I paid for a mini fridge on September 1st 2022 today is the 08/09/22 and I still haven’t received any fridge they have not responded to my email or my voicemail messages I paid via PayPal. I have tried numerous times to contact them via their online support which doesn’t actually work as they don’t respond. Please be very careful this company is not real it’s a scam I intend to take legal action if I don’t hear from them soon and report it to the police and fraud squad, as well as asking PayPal to take action to get back my money be very careful don’t end up like me.

Cannot recommend buying from Vilsano.
Placed an order - their security wanted a photo of my Paypal dashboard -
by the time I understood what they wanted after a miserable discussion with their 'online support' I had timed out and they cancelled the order.
Another try and when I asked about delivery they cancelled the order. Online support could give no reason and I should try yet agin but now with a 2-3 day delivery!
They gave a date wich passed and stopped talking to me. Paypal dispute resolution gave me a refund.
Appalling way of doing business. Worst online company in 20 years...

Scam. Bought a camera kit, they first pretended to need additional info then decided they couldn't supply the kit I purchased

Bad site. Paid for item, then emails stopped, no delivery confirmation. Reported to my bank as a scam. Got money back (thankfully).
Several of the '5 star' reviews happened on the same day....dodgy.
Avoid.

I made the payment for a difficult to find product but paypal said the email associated with the payment did not exist - the company then sent an email saying I should send a photo of MY paypal dashboard to verify MY payment which seemed weird THEN they sent a photo of the product which I found was exactly the same as an ebay listing from Japan. They also claimed to be based in London but would not accept a collection. The webite site was full of typos as if it was rushed together somehow. I could be wrong about all of this but I'm just saying in case you had similar doubts as I did!

If I could give zero stars I would.
This website is a huge scam.
They will send random Fedex tracking numbers to try and convince you that your very expensive item is on its way - it's not.
The phone number supplied is also fake.
Luckily I paid with Paypal so got a refund. Have also reported the site to Action Fraud
