Ordered from this company and filling the order and shipping took 6 weeks. For tracking they use 17Track which I found out does not handle any shipping at all. They are simply a free chineses company which uses useless tracking info. I requested the real carrier and tracking number and was not provided. 17Track claims the package was delivered, but it was not. I tried to contact Viiyro and do not get a reply.

I was reluctant before ordering, but gave them a chance. They sent a KIT that WASNT an actual KIT is was just a collection of things they could put in a box. When pointing out the issues, at FIRST they were pleasant and acting like they were working to correct. When I pointed out the issues with their work around and ordered parts from competitors to correct my issue; they made it impossible, to continue with them! We understand your concerns but TAKE MORE TIME to send us PICTURES OF EVERYTHING YOU RECEIVED - - - just to slow the process, act like problems don't exist - I DONT HAVE TIME TO PLAY STUPID GAMES!
I ordered from them and did not get the product shipped in the box, when I contacted them the team asked me to deal it with the carrier . It's a bad experience as a first time customer, it is the merchant's responsibility to atleast ensure people get what they pay for. I would not recommend doing business with them.
Alright, I'll be honest – I was skeptical about Vilros at first but i ended up ordering and Got the Pi 5 Kit. man, was I wrong! The packaging was sleek, and the cute branding added a nice touch. Assembly was a breeze thanks to everything being well-organized and labeled. And once I fired it up, the Pi 5 blew me away with its performance. Seriously, Vilros nailed it with this one.
Emailed asking for bulk pricing, no reply. Have gotten 3 spam messages from them in the last 24 hours though! Not cool
