We had the most amazing time! Looking forward to booking again in 2026 once there are promotions available.

Great home. Amazing property and water park. Wonderful amenities. Great service. Amazing location. Killer price. What more could you ask for?

This is a booking company, I'm not sure how we got involved with them thru VRBO. They are absolutely the worst I have ever encountered! They never sent us any information on how to access the condo we had rented. When we arrived, well after check in time, we had to call for instructions. We were informed that the booking would be cancelled if we did not complete the required forms which we had no knowledge of!
So we said send them and we will fill them out. First they claimed they sent them to my wife's email which they did not. Yes we checked the spam folder.
After claiming to try sending it several times we suggested text it to my wife's phone. supposedly trying that several times we gave them my phone number which they claimed to have tried, and I also received nothing.
We requested a refund . We were told we were being charged for the full stay, even though we could not even get thru the front gate. We asked for the phone number for VRBO. They claimed they did not have one!
We went and checked into a hotel and then my wife received a link for the forms they were requesting.
My best advice for everyone staying in Orlando is to avoid this incompetent company at all costs!

We loved our villa! There were learning curves at the pool and cabana bay bar/restaurant. The first couple days the food was very good. Then it took a turn for the worse as the week went on, the worst was ice cold (out of refrigerator cold) chicken nachos for 17, they forgot to cook them, they were so bad we didn't eat them! Chicken sandwich and boneless wings were great early in the week and then not so much. It was as if they not only switched all kitchen staff, they also switched food vendors, it tasted like mediocre food from the freezer to the fryer at the end of the week. Also by Thursday, they ran out of everything at the bar, no slushy or coffee drinks, and not much for mixers, etc...... just a lot of confusion and not very good food for the price.

Also the private pool is not very warm for paying extra, maybe got up to 78 by our last day. The only warm water was the lazy River, it was nice!

All that being said the villas were wonderful. We had a nice time, the concept is great!

The home was beautiful, clean and has so many amenities for adults and kids. The pool and hot tub were amazing and guest services were quick to help. The waterpark was WAY crowded so we didnt stay long but overall it was so relaxing, clean and FUN!

The home and property are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe in the house and on the property.
However, our dryer did not work the entire time we were there. For a group of fifteen this was quite a problem with towels and clothes needing to be washed. We called for maintenance who came three times. They were very helpful, but never solved the problem.
Also, for a house that can sleep more than 20 people, it needs a larger fridge.

Everything was wonderful for our stay at Villatel. The only issue we had was there was only 2 parking spot allowed and the basketball courts closed at 6pm. The house was excellent and any issues we had were corrected in a timely manner. There was more than enough dishes in the kitchen. There were extra towels for pool and the bathrooms. Overall it was a great stay and we are already planning a trip for later in the year..

Awesome resort. The villas are beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Restaurants and shopping are near by. We loved the waterpark and having our own private pool. My grandkids loved their pirate themed room with a slide, arcade game, and Xbox. The food at the pool was not very good, couldn’t eat most of it. The bartender had an attitude. The restaurant and bar closed around 5:50. Hope summer hours are open longer. WiFi was really slow and not secure. Don’t plan to work, As you shouldn’t anyway.

The villas were absolutely spotless! Everything was fresh and new and clean. The beds were very comfortable, the linens and the towels were plush. Absolutely everything that we would need was there whether it was coffee filters and coffee to wine opener to hairdryers to garbage bags… I know these are minor things, but when you walk into these villas, you can walk in knowing that you have a starter kit for everything.
I loved our plunge pool and we had it heated to perfect temperature. It was a bit dirty when we arrived but the technicians took care of it! we did not take advantage of the lazy river or main swimming pool and since the premises had just opened that day, the staff was still figuring things out a bit. I can’t wait to come back when they do have everything up and running.

The villa was amazing!! It was clean, modern looking. Loved the private pool and the themed room. We had a blast especially with all the amenities. Took advantage of the lazy river and water slides! I’d recommend to everyone

The villa was clean, modern and spacious. Having our own pool was great, the waterpark has a nice 9inch shelf area for little ones & playground was awesome. The workers were all friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend Villatel for families of all sizes.

My recent experience with Villatel was nothing short of amazing! From the indoor arcade, to the spacious living area. Pool staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely be returning!

Loved having so much to do at our house and in the resort with our family! Everything in our house was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. Would definitely stay with Villatel again in the future!

We usually stay on premises resorts for going to Disney and Universal. Since we were going both places this time, we chose to stay in Villatel. It's new, so I have to give them grace, but there were some small issues. The downstairs bathroom toilet was plugged when we arrived. We called maintenance, but they didn't come. We found a plunger and did the work ourselves. One of the stair treads to the upstairs was installed improperly and it pinched your foot when stepping on it. When the car service or food deliveries come, the address takes them to an exit only gate, instead of thru security. It was a daily issue for each driver. The Saturday we went to the Waterpark, it was their second day open. The grill had issues with order fulfillment and the staff was very polite. They did their best, but the food was wrong and cold. Many of the issues stemmed from rude guests. The Waterpark is amazing! Im sure they'll work out the kinks in the coming weeks. Definitely worth doing. We would definitely stay again, and recommend this option to others. Next time we'll get the fancier unit with the playroom with games.

Clean house with plenty of features that kept us busy. It's in a nice safe neighborhood that was a great vacation home.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom/3bath villa-everything looked brand new. We loved that we had our own private pool. We only stayed 3 nights but would definitely stay again. We missed out on the water park opening later that week. So we would love to do that. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very clean. Our theme room was Shrek but we didn’t have any little ones to really enjoy that room. But it was nicely decorated/ plenty of towels for pool use and bathing use. We just had a few issues with finding our villa at first some have the same number but have different letters after them that are not printed on the villas. We asked a worker as she gladly pointed what area we should go to. Our one arcade video machine said no signal so we didn’t get to try it out, but we only tried it the night before we were leaving so we didn’t make a fuss. They did have an Xbox with tv and controllers in the themed room but you have to have an Xbox account to use it online. Not Villatel’s fault just an FYI.
We did love our stay! Totally recommend.
Also less than 10 min drive to universal studios. Hoping to go back with a larger group to try the bigger villas.

We had a fantastic time with friends at the Villa. The place was clean, modern and had everything we needed plus more. The beautiful lighting throughout the house created a fun environment for both adults and kids. The arcade room, theatre and pool were the biggest hit! We felt spoiled staying there and would go back in a heart beat.

We had a large group that stayed for almost a week and we loved it. We had an issue with a smoke detector and the golf simulator, once called, maintenance responded within the hour. Our pool and hot tub was fantastic. House rules were easy to understand and the area was great. There could be better communication with hate security and front desk, as they both said two different things regarding passes and names listed, but security was awesome people and they said this was a problem they were familiar with. They were great guys!

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed or experience. The second day we arrived back and found some plaster had fallen off the ceiling upstairs. We called and iit was remedied almost immediately.
A few days later we needed a plunger. We called 3 times, 2 leaving a message, and nothing was done. The downstairs toilet remained clogged. Very disappointing.!
