Customer service was very good. We had a few items that were either missing on needed fixing and they promptly got handled. Both house and pool were well kept. Beds were comfortable. We would recommend for families. One thing we would recommend is kitchen needs more equipment such as more frying pans, maybe a griddle. Hard to cook with lack of some basics for that large of house.

This was a great place to stay with family. There is lots of space in the house and was very clean. We made a short visit that was focused on spending our time at the Disney Parks. Parks were 30-40 mins away from the House. As for the house, the pool was great, didn't need to use the heating option as the weather was hot enough and kids got to enjoy it for an evening. The rooms and bathrooms were all very spacious, theme room is a nice touch. The location does have Walmart, gas station, and restaurants within a short drive. I look forward to the next visit when the waterpark is available and can utilize the house for all that it has to offer.

The house was amazing and all of the amenities were just as advertised. The customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. We had an amazing stay!

Villatel is absolutely amazing. This is my families second time visiting the property and it exceeds our expectations from the themed kids rooms, theater, pool. Location is ideal to restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando Villatel is your place.

We had a great time and stay. The littles to adults all enjoyed their stay we had a blast in the game rooms and most of all the little ones had an awesome time in the kids rooms with the slides.

Beautiful place the homes look exactly like the pictures on the website and the concierge service is amazing, always there to answer and solve any problems that you might come across. Friendly staff, my family enjoyed their stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had an awesome experience at this house we had to pay for one extra night because we just couldn’t get enough of it. They’re very accommodating and will fix any issue you have instantly. We will definitely comeback again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villatel Orlando Resort, and it truly exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, responding quickly to any requests and enhancing our overall experience. Conveniently located just a short drive from Disney and right around the corner from Universal Studios, I highly recommend Villatel Orlando Resort for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It perfectly blends home-like comforts with resort-style amenities, making it an ideal base for an Orlando vacation. The resort was still under construction during my visit, so I can’t wait to return and enjoy the full experience!

My family and I just got back from Orlando and we stayed at Villatel the entire week. This property is beautiful and we loved everything about it. The kids never wanted to leave the villa for Disney. The pool, theater and game room were all amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

We’re currently staying in at Villatel and this stay has been nothing but PROBLEMS with a lack of customer service. The biggest complaint is NO washcloths in the home. We didn’t notice it until 10:20p on the first day of arrival. I immediately mentioned it to customer service and was told maintenance closes at 10:30p which means there was still time to bring them especially since we’re in a 12 bedroom home and not one bathroom has washcloths. Long sorry short the washcloths were left in a bag outside the front door at 10:45a. We looked in the bag and only 10 washcloths…we have 28 ppl staying in the unit. I immediately reached back out to customer service and no response. There are several other nuances that we have overlooked. I definitely do not recommend anyone staying here because there was lack of preparation here. No idea how washcloths are missed from 14 bathrooms but towels are there.

Our stay was amazing. We had no issues entering the home, everything was clean and in working order. There were 30 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was so much fun we made so many memories on this vacation. Villatel checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and was so helpful when we added an extra night. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful vacation for our family. We will see you again soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful! Everyone loved the theater and game room! Even on rainy days we had a blast! The pool was amazing and just a short walk or golf cart ride. It was perfect size for our big family! We loved the pool table also! We had a couple of issue but they were very quick to respond and deal with them! It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach! We really enjoyed it!

It was a great vacation! For my family and friends. Very close to the beach and kids friendly amenities. Kids had a blast specially in the movie theater.

We had great time. The kids had so much fun. The house amenities are amazing, from the cinema to the kid’s room. 100% recommended!

My family of 10 stayed here at “Heavenly Haven” it was an amazing experience! For reference we had 5 children with us including 2 toddlers. The safety gate around the fence was very secure and gave me great peace of mind for our stay. Although standard baby gates don’t fit the width of the stairs even with an extender. The house came with everything we could need/want and in a great location! Pretty much 20 minutes to everything. The house itself was very clean and everything was new. The only thing that I would improve is baby gates to be including for the stairs for those with small children.

Our villa was exactly as described on their website. Guest services was very responsive and checked in with us multiple times. We had a group of 10 (2 under 5, 6 24-29 and 2 over 50). We enjoyed having all the amenities (pool, sauna, theatre room, games, etc.) available in the villa giving us plenty to entertain us. Can't wait to go back! Once all the property amenities are completed, Villatel will be hard to beat!

We had a great time with family in the amazing 11 bedroom house!! No need to leave the property!

We had a party of 15 adults and 9 children aged 9 year old to 1 year old. The place never felt too crowded, we had enough space in both refrigerators for all of our items including adult beverages. There were bath tubs to give the small child baths. The outdoor space was even big enough for all of us. The temperature was easy to adjust and the place was beautifully decorated. Not to mention the activities inside the house were so engaging for the kids. No one was ever bored.

There were only 2 drawbacks. First, for a house that big there should be recycling but there was not. We threw away so many water bottles and felt very guilty about not having the option to recycle! Second, we could only park 5 cars. Many of us were couples bringing our kids plus a few additional family members. Someone had to forgo renting a car because of the parking situation. It would be nice if there was overflow parking on the property. Other than that it was an amazing time!
