Very pleased again by the service. Helpful advice. Hall, stairs and landing carpet fitted on time to a very high standard. Even improved the creaking floorboards. All left clean and tidy.

Good advice in the Smithbrook Kilns shop followed by quick estimate and efficient installation within a couple of weeks. Even saved me money telling me I did not need new underlay which was a bonus. Loved that this was a local family business. Only comment is that there is too much choice in the shop! Thank goodness the woman in the shop was able to guide me!

Excellent service from help with carpet choice through to the quality installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Village Carpets to others and will undoubtedly be using their services again.

Replacement of an existing carpet in our lounge diner. Russell and the team arrived promptly, and proved very professional, neat and tidy work completed to a high standard. Recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and prompt.
I’m delighted with my new carpets

Great, friendly and timely service from a lovely local company.
Very knowledgable on advising on carpets for stairs and landing and superb fitting.

I have just had my stairs, landing and bedroom carpets fitted by Village Carpets. It’s such an asset to be able to use a local company at reasonable competitive rates.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish and great communication from Beth and the boys for updates with my order and general queries. I even changed my original choice of carpet to an alternative which wasn’t a problem.

Carpets are all great quality and Russell, Jake and their colleague worked on the hottest day of the year to ensure everything was completed satisfactory and on time. Jake even came back to change the door trims to silver as I thought silver would look better with my furnishings.

Nothing was too much trouble for Village Carpets. I would definately recommend to others and will use again in the future.

We are so impressed with Village Carpets. This is the second room they have done for us. Russell who comes out to quote is very knowledgeable and helpful and Beth in the office is so friendly and efficient. The team that come out to do the work are always fantastic and the flooring it self is great too. We will definitely use again.

From start to completion a really excellent service and extremely good workmanship in addition to excellent communications.

We are absolutely delighted with our new carpet which was fitted by the guys from Village Carpets yesterday. They were very polite and helpful, and as quiet as it was possible to be given the nature of the job. I could hardly hear their radio! We have a rather awkward staircase with lots of triangular steps, and they have done a beautiful and truly professional job in making it all look incredibly neat. Our house is not very large, and in order to fit the carpet in a bedroom they had to take the bed apart and find somewhere else to put it. This they did with no fuss at all, and they later reassembled the whole thing and tidied everything up very thoroughly. Thankyou so much guys. You did a wonderful job and we will definitely be using Village Carpets again.

The carpet fitters were absolutely brilliant. Old carpet was removed quickly. The new carpet was laid perfectly and all our heavy antique furniture was repositioned. Which we were very grateful for. They have laid carpets now in all our rooms. (Just the hallway to go).
We would recomend them to anybody based on our experience

Great team, professional and helpful.
We had some wood effect laminate installed and are beyond happy with the quality of product and service.
Found the investment to be very reasonable.
We are based in Cranleigh however if you are located around the Guildford to Horsham area we would fully recommend Village Carpets and we will use them again for any future work to our home.

Beth is super helpful and changed dates with patience when my house refurbishment caused delays ! Jake and his team were fantastic / brilliant job on a Victorian staircase that needed details and stitching in which is a real art form. I did a thorough price check including Tapi and Village Carpets were spot on with costs - I got a better carpet and expert fitting in the budget. Would recommend without hesitation - and such nice people!

Village carpets have been supplying & fitting my carpets for many years. Efficiently doing what they need to do & replacing furniture when they have finished. They are a pleasure to have in the house. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish fitted a bedroom carpet have got them on standby for when I have finished the hallway would not hesitate to recommend village carpet

Very efficient service. Worked hard and quickly. Took away all the waste. Arrived on time. Friendly and a good job completed. Lovely new carpet and doors adjusted to fit.

Village Carpets is an established family run business which we would highly recommend. From the initial enquiry, throughout the whole process was professional, helpful & they gave great advice. We had a new floor laid in the hallway & a wool stair carpet from downstairs up to the top floor. They turned up promptly each day & explained in detail which bits they were going to do first. It’s a family Team & all worked well & efficiently to transform our hallway & stairs.
