I’m really happy with my order. There was a bit of a mix up with delivery but the team was very responsive and sorted it right away. I really appreciated that as my order was a gift to my partner who is a long time fan of the restaurant

Item is as described just arrived damaged
Sadly the item I ordered arrived slightly damaged. I had purchased it for a gift and had was disappointed with how the item arrived packaged. It was loosely placed in a box - not sure if the item was damaged before it was dispatch or if it happened in transit. I emailed customer service to let them know what had happened…. I am yet to get a response.
Other that than the damaged item and the no response from the customer service team I was
happy with the item - just a let down that it arrived damaged.

Fantastic product, I love the colour scheme it has going from bone pearl white at the top and going to black at the bottom.
The holder is nicely curled in the forge and looks great
Very quick postage and even came with a bar of bees wax
