They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced tried calling, asking a question about bags and some other parts that I was looking to purchase the person was so rude and short, asked for a supervisor wouldn’t let me talk to anybody else. I was looking to spend closer to $2000 so yeah, I had a question this place needs new customer service.

Either a poor product and poor customer service or a good product and poor customer service. Because of the poor customer service I cannot tell which it is.

Ordered a licence plate and turn signal replicator for my motorcycle. Had it shipped to a friend in CA to bring it home to the UK as shipping costs were astronomical given the size and weight of the item.

Got my hands on it and item looked pretty well made and finished. Installation instructions are vague but no sweat, it should be a case of nuts and bolts and in all fairness it is.

Went to fit it and no dice -

Item is either too narrow for the application and is being sold under false pretences, or the wrong item was sent.

I will never know which as my emails are not being responded to - so I now have a nice dust magnet.

Also worth noting that the fixings which accompany the bracket are metric, not AF so everything is a bit sloppy. Easily gotten around but shoddy attention to detail.

All in all very poor.
