Great way to manage a group collection!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you were disappointed about the transfer fee. The generous pot was a gift from your organiser so you could choose something you wanted, with free checkout when using it with our partner shops. The fee only applies to direct bank transfers, as we need to cover the transaction costs on all contributions.
Great option for group messages and collections
I’m pleased with the Viing cards I received today! Johnny was always quick to respond to my queries within 24 hours and delivered as promised. They have a fantastic selection of cards, gift vouchers and gifts. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Easy to use and friendly service
The service is really easy to use and navigate. There are lots of different options for cards and also for gifts.
I had a query with changing a card size which they sorted for me and was very much appreciated.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again-makes collections so much easier!

I had heard great things about Viing-…
I had heard great things about Viing- but my experience has been terrible. I have been chasing customer service for over 5 days as need an urgent voucher for my collection that’s ended- the voucher shows it’s in progress and am getting no response.
There is no way to contact them so I’m stuck and have an event tomorrow, and am clueless.
Terrible and stressful!

Hi there, we can see you got in touch yesterday for the first time (unfortunately we cannot see any other correspondence from you prior to this) and whilst we endeavour to respond to all queries same day (usually the case), we do ask that you kindly allow us at least 1 business day to get back to you. The voucher was processed this morning following some additional security checks required due to the high contribution amounts.
Really struggling to pin them down
Really struggling to pin them down at the mo, we have collected a significant amount and I’ve accidentally pressed withdraw so it’s in my wallet but it needs to be sent to my boss…I only have one day left to sort this! Please can someone help!
Update: once I got hold of someone (Johnny) they were really helpful, and my issue was sorted really quickly, tip from me, make sure you use the team@viing email rather than the info@vining

Brilliant group card service with excellent customer service
I have used Viing many times now in our large international organisation and have recommended the service to multiple colleagues also. The ease of being able to set up messages and contributions internationally makes the process of a group card so much easier! I’ve never had to contact Viing before but my most recent card was a tight turnaround and in my haste to get it shipped I forgot to add my own message. I contacted Viing (after business hours) who responded first thing the next morning confirming they would add my message and get it shipped ASAP. I have now received the card with my missing message, in plenty of time. Thanks so much to Johnny for the excellent customer service. For a group occasion or card I’d recommended Viing to anyone.

Hi there, we replied to your message to us on social media asking whether you'd contacted us on our email address team@Viing.com, as we are unable to find any correspondence from you and the team usually respond within 24 hours if not quicker. We've just looked into this as a matter of urgency and it looks like the occasion was pending a fraud check and we have been awaiting ID verification before processing the order which we've not yet received.
