Billing issues
Billing cannot even explain of additional charges, support was not helpful at all. Been asking the same question for 3 times and they just ignore you.

Internet is down for last 72 hours. Spent so much time calling Tech Helpdesk - long wait, left email - no reply, left voicemail - voicemail box if full. When finally managed to speak to tech support - oh 2nd line working on it and there is no further escalation possible. After 72 hours, I called billing to ask to waive off penalty to switch to another telco - sorry you still have to pay the penalty. They said they will create a case for manager to review and will get back in 1-2 days time. The operation floor has no way to transfer line to supervisor on duty. So no escalation for customer beyond 1St line for tech and billing. No choice have to suffer for the remaining of contract. What next generation of business this company is trying to sell? Tech and operation is a sham.
100% agree with the other poor reviews in recent days
100% agree with the other reviews. 0 communication from company on an outage affecting customers. No response to their technical service e-mails, no proactive communication on the issue. We are hot spotting from our phone for days. Instead they just charge me for another month's service that I'm not receiving. I've been with View Qwest since 2023 and I've not experienced this before. But honestly this is a terrible service company that obviously does not care about their customers at all. We will not repeat our contract and wish we could break it. We might just do that as I know they could care less and they get paid anyway, but I get a more reliable provider.

No internet for more than 3 days and still ongoing internet problem. Called customer service technical support, raise support tickets and still no resolve. Recalled when Starhub (previous provider) internet was down, within 24 hrs resolved.

Easily the worst Telco in sg. Never experienced such connectivity issues before. Wifi cuts off randomly for few days and no news from them about the issue.

I really regretted taking my IT guy's recommendation to switch from Starhub to VQ on broadband services. Since switching to VQ in Nov 2024, there has been random but short downtime (less than a day). Irritating but bearable. However, 3 days ago VQ has been experiencing island wide outage and till now they have not been able to solve the issue. Such a long downtime is absolutely unacceptable and the local authority has to take serious actions against the company to make them improve their service. Unfortunately, for most customers, we are helpless and can only wait for them to restore their network. Terminating the contract means having to pay the penalty of the outstanding fee balance. VQ should put out a statement on what causes such long downtime and what they intend to do to compensate their customer for the inconveniences and disruption.
Impacted by an outage for over 48 hours…
Impacted by an outage for over 48 hours now, no internet. There is no communication, no response to any enquiries, no ETA, no workaround, no option to escalate the issue. Each time I call them i get told that they are aware and working on it. When I ask the technical team what my options are i get told to contact customer support and vice versa. Very frustrating. When asked about terminating the service I was advice that there would be an early termination fee, despite the fact that they haven't been able to deliver any broadband for over 48 hours!!!!!

Always auto no WiFi no Internet at home.. It is suppose to make our life hassle free from worrying about Internet avaliablity especially at home but it simply cmi and gives constant fear.. it is such a unstable and unreliable company.. I have since terminated it and never regretted this decision.

More than a scam company that ripping customer for termination charges that even is messed up with their own system portal. showing fake / wrong contract end date and wanted user to pay for it.
worst of all, when their customer service cannot answer your enquiry, they either ignore your multi email or HANG your call.
Randomly can have maintenance without notice / inform. sometime even on peak hour / working hour. and they just kept quiet.
When they got shit network they blame on the Asus gaming router which provided by them.

ViewQwest has been Terrible Communication and Service Reliability…
ViewQwest has been extremely disappointing. There’s a complete lack of communication between the company and its customers. Server maintenance happens without any prior notice, and when the service goes down, there are no updates at all — you're just left guessing. Their social media channels are practically dead, with no useful information posted when issues happen. Yet somehow, they still have the cheek to keep advertising their promotions like nothing’s wrong. Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers deserve better.

Imagine paying termination fees just because their network service is so rubbish, and moving to another provider. That is how bad it is, and that is what I'm doing tomorrow.
The network has been sketchy for the past 2 weeks and i'm absolutely fed up of ViewQwest. They are a shit network provider. Please do not use them.

If there's a zero I would rate this unscrupulous company that. Avoid this company at all cost. Try it n u will know..by the time I hope it's not too late for u to switch company. Customer service horrible. Not customer oriented at all. They would rather lose a long term customer just to feed their own ego. Hope this company won't last long if they don't improve themselves.

Its super duper lousy provider. Very lag and have to pay a huge fee for them to come over your place to have a look at your installation issue or slow wifi, compared to singtel its free. please avoid using this provider.

horrible. Submitted termination request in the website, phone call come in and ask why leave and try convince me to stay. i say i dun wan, she offer 1 month free, and i dun wan, she bargain, say give 2 month free. Ape Lanjiao? pasar malam ah ? then when i confirmed that i want to terminate, attitude changes. all the question i ask, she throw to customer service, ask me go call another number.

The service very bad. Company should send your guy to attend service customer course. I have yet to sign and there is one guy called Clifford Zhang WA me.
He never explained properly and ask customer to go ahead if online plan is better than he provided. Indicated text like, “isn’t it the same?” (Meaning plan is the same) If it is the same, then the difference will be your service, if u want to achieve your KPI/commission. In addition, do I know you? U text omg. It is an irritating to me, who the hell you answered a customer with OMG???

First of all i did pay my bill few days late which i always do it and nothing happen like this before, so they decided to deactivate my broadband and when i called them up, this guy told me that they can waive it off cause it was my first time get suspect, but little did i know from where which i cant take it, i have additional bill in my account without them to update me that they have change the policy or whatever shit! Recently had an issue with them and they insisted me on paying the reactivation fee when already paid the bill. Requested them to check and waive and they still insist on paying and is system bounded they can't do a thing. Their service standard now is so bad! And plus i even upgrand my plan and have two broadband at home but due to this stupid matter when they deactivate my account, i can only use one broadband out of two! Technical site cant solve the problem. They called me from 6pm till 930pm still cant solve the problem. Even try to email them even if i need some extention time to pay my bill, they only get back to me for so long. I would not recommend this broadband company to anyone. They dont even deserve any star at all !
