Firstly a very professional & well run operation with quality team providing us with a fantastic week of riding
Secondly the consideration & patience for an old man like me who hadn’t been off road in 40 years was encouraging
We thoroughly enjoyed the time on the bike whether it was cruising through the highlands & villages or the challenges of riding off road which at times was extreme
Also the generosity of the local home stay families & comraderie of our 12 strong crew made time off the bike fun & enjoyable
The photographic records captured & the the very talented guide / photographer & mechanic means we will never forget this week in Vietnam

Did a 7 day tour with 4 friends around the north of Vietnam, we averaged around 180 km per day, saw some spectacular scenery, the riding was a 60/40 mix of road and dirt but a lot of the road was back roads and small village roads which showed a side of Vietnam that many doing the usual Tourist routes would not see. Our guide and camera man were great and gave us a good mix of tracks n terrain that challenged our skills to keep the ride interesting.
If you are thinking of doing a tour this company are very helpful and it is definitely good value for money. The bikes were reliable, and well suited for the task , my only complaint is the suspension the CRF300 s have from standard, which is what our bikes had, all our group quickly found the limits/ bump stops when doing any off road riding, on the road section s it works ok

What a mind blowing experience so happy and helpful staff the scenery was unreal and the ridding was awesome every day was something different and a new adventure the food was awesome and it was such a great experience and would do it again

Epic off-road tracks took us through lush rice paddies, muddy cow single-tracks, challenging steep slopes, and beautifully curving mountain roads—truly everything a biker could dream of. The experience was made even more extraordinary by the stunning scenery at every turn.

Each day was perfectly complemented by delicious, authentic regional cuisine and nights spent in absolutely beautiful bungalows. Add to that the great camaraderie with fellow riders and a highly professional, knowledgeable tour guide team, and it all came together flawlessly.

Without a doubt, one of the most incredible and memorable riding adventures I’ve ever had.

I did the 12-day North Vietnam to Ha Long Bay tour and it was the most epic ride of my life. Every day was unique — mountains, valleys, homestays, and unbelievable food. Anyone wanting to ride a dirt bike in Vietnam should talk to these guys, they know exactly what they are doing & they do it very well. The team at Ryder Lodge in Hanoi could teach service excellence, they were fantastic, super accommodating & professional. The chosen accommodation at the end of every day was varied, clean and run by friendly open staff. Our guide & his team quickly worked out our skill level & preference for dirt & single track, they tailored the route to suit so never a dull moment. I would go back in a heartbeat
