it seems this company is one of the Internet traps. I have ordered and paid something which was as per Vida on stock and my order is shown like completed but I have never received anything. There is a service page to file a complaint, but you end with nothing. You cannot reach anybody personally or by phone. Ok with me but at least e-mail should work but it isn’t However, 1,450 AED are gone and I accepted that I was stupid enough to trust this thief´s. Just in the unlikely event that someone from Vida will take notice on this complaint, you should know where this is coming from. My order number is: 0791000005958. Greetings Andreas

I purchased a metal shed from a VidalXL distributor on Ebay last fall but did not get around to putting it up until recently. The kit was missing two short base rail so I cant put it together. I contacted customer service and they said they will not help me, I have even offer to pay a small fee to get these parts, very disappointed.
Update: I was contacted by vidalXL and asked to link this review to the distributor who sold this item on Ebay. For several reason I cant do that. I received the product in sealed boxes with clear marking that it was the product from vidalXL so it is their problem. Any distributor would still need to get parts from them. The cost of these parts would be small. Not sure why they are refusing to take care of such a small issue? Update #2: After several exchanges with Customer Service, vidaXL came through with the parts! It is still a shame that it took so much work to make this happen but, in the end they did make good.

SEE UPDATE-- I purchased a deck box last month. The box arrived with broken top and sides, and mishaped connectors. I sent photos to VidaXL. I was told that I could dispose of the broken item and the replacement would be sent. About 2 weeks later, I was told to return the item even though the shipping box and the broken pieces were thrown away. Then I was told that the item could not be replaced because they didn't have any. When I came back to the site and found that it's still being sold... I wrote customer service and was then told that a replacement had been ordered. A month has gone by now and there's been no replacement. I reached out to inquire for the replacement tracking number and then today I get an email asking me to return the broken item because the warehouse can't ship. Shame on VidaXL for being a disreputable company knowing that this item was purchased as a Christmas gift. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future. Buyers beware!
UPDATE: Well it is now Jan 6th and even after Vida XL emailed to say they would refund the amt. to my credit card....they have NOT. So now it is up to Master Card and the dispute that I have filed...Save the headache and stay away from this company and their lip service!

I found beautiful mirrors at a wholesale price. The value for money is outstanding. Everything was packaged very carefully and nothing was broken. I love the design with the reclaimed woods and mango wood. Would love more options.

Arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised.

I ordered a very tall outdoor tree (over 16 ft), that we spent several hours trying to assemble on a freezing day - only to find that it had a missing center support piece that was vital to its height - without it, the lights make the tree / cone shape. We then had to leave a huge half-assembled tree in the yard, while I spent an entire week trying to get customer service to help me (they would only send one email per day). They ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HELP me. It took them literally days to even tell me that they could not send me the individual support piece I needed to finish assembling my tree, then they offered me a return (where I would have to take down and pack the whole tree), or a few dollars off of my tree for my inconvenience (a giant tree that I literally couldn't even assemble). To solve my problem on my own, I finally just ordered a new tree, took out only the piece I needed, and then returned it. All in all, it took weeks to get my initial tree going, such a frustrating bummer when the rest of my Griswald-esque yard looked so good.

My experience was great love my blue Christmas tree decorated it so nice.

We purchased a closet as a CORPORATE client, asking for an invoice with a VAT number on it when prompted by VidaXL during the checkout process (which is the only way a company can justify a purchase to the tax authorities in Greece) and they sent us an invoice without our VAT number on it. When we asked them to put the VAT number they said 'our system doesn't have the capacity to have the VAT number on the invoice". Thanks to this, we will not be able to justify this purchase as an expense in our company.

The product was great. It took some time to understand the instructions, but it was worth it. The instructions are entirely pictures so it is sometimes hard to get the jest of the next step. A little written instruction would have been helpful. The trees were great. Cars stop along the road so the riders can enjoy the trees. The bad thing was that I ordered two that ended up backordered but I was not notified. Never received those two. I plan to order a few more next year, early before they are out of stock.

Well, I must say I am stubborn and when I feel I have been screwed out of my money I do not take the first offer. I purchased a table and 8 chairs for a bit more than $1100 from wayfair manufactured by Vidaxl. It had been a year when the chairs and table started falling apart and cracking due to no fault of my own. I contacted wayfair and they gave me the Vidaxl customer service information along with what I needed to make my complaint. At first vidaxl said they don't deal with wayfair complaints. Then I told them otherwise as it is their product. I was offered money or replacement parts. They offered $50 so I chose replacement parts for the table and chairs. Days later I was informed they didn't have the parts. After that and many more emails they were going to let me pick out a little over $500 worth of merchandise to compensate (they called it 115% replacement which I still don't understand) but only after shipping my table and 8 chairs back to them. I didn't accept that. Taking apart and boxing and shipping 8 chairs and a table was crazy to me l and that's what I told them. They offer $50 to compensate for shipping inconvenience and boxes. I didn't accept, they then allowed me to pick out furniture without having to send mine back. They gave an exact number to the cent I couldn't go over. I found one piece I wanted after looking for days and days that was $2 more and they wouldn't let me get that one piece, I even offered to pay the difference. So I ended up getting a few pieces (6 total). None I was really in love with but I certainly didn't want them winning in this. I don't make a lot of money and I splurged big time when I ordered my table and chairs. Anyway, they send me the items and didn't tell me they were coming even after they promised to, not only that a random person emailed saying 5-10 days to even process it all- which was fine with me so I could arrange for someone to be at my house when they were dropped off. I got an email from UPS the day after I was told between 5 and 10 days. Otherwise I wouldn't have known as all. I emailed vidaxl because I wanted to know what I was expecting and they just gave tracking numbers but no descriptions, no invoice, nothing else. I didn't even know if all the items I chose were granted. So 2 days later I got 4 large boxes and one smaller manageable box at 5 pm on a rainy 40 degree day in NY. Needless to say I am disappointed in their customer service. The furniture I have put together so far seems ok. I hope it lasts a lot longer than my expensive furniture. It took 50+ emails to get this straight, and over 2 months, my first emails were October 2-3 and I won't get our last package til December 13. Still not all of my questions were answered but quite frankly I feel they tried to prolongue it all to get me to give up so they didn't have to do anything. I was told multiple times almost every step they couldn't do anything else for me. You have to stay on these people!! Don't let them get away with it.. I still am waiting another 5 days for our last package to get here but I am happy it will be over soon and I hope the new stuff lasts.

Ordered a canopy. Received a used package with the amazon return slip still in it. Missing all hardware and the essential parts to attach it to the wall. Customer service offered $15 and made returns complicated. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Purchased through marketplace, outdoor set rusted and screws fell out after only a month. Offered replacement of same or other goods, but I just want a refund according to consumer law based on a major fault of the product.

Item very poor quality and two payments taken from my account for one item ordered and received, and I only received one notification from my bank.
The invoice they send is no able to open

The table is nice and though lightweight seems sturdy. I bought it because of its ability to be raised and lowered. My only complaint is that it arrived with two deep (and long) scratches on the tabletop.

The box is big but i wish it was more sturdy the wood uses to make it is very thin, other than that it looks very nice

I have ordered four products from VidaXL. The first three were great, and as expected! The fourth one arrived, and was not in good condition. I’m not sure what happened to it, but anyways, VidaXL respected my wish to return it, and I got a refund in a timely manner after. Shipping back a cabinet isn’t convenient, but I’m glad the company was easy to work with and covered return shipping as well. I would definitely order from them again!
