Victory Leisure Homes Anmeldelser

I would like to thank Keith and his team. Excellent service, Keith was able to address all the snagging issues I had. Would highly recommended Victory Homes after sales team.

I recently purchased a Victory lodge and initially experienced a number of issues. While the lodge had been on-site for some time before sale, some of these were build-related, so it was important to me that they were properly addressed.
After raising my concerns, Keith took full ownership of the situation. He travelled from Hull to Cornwall and carried out a full, thorough walkthrough of the lodge, resolving issues in one go rather than over multiple visits. His communication throughout was clear, consistent, and very reassuring.
Keith was supported on-site by Andy, who worked alongside him to complete the work to a high standard.
What really stood out was Keith’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved, which made a huge difference.
Buying a lodge is a significant investment, and while the initial problems were frustrating, the way they were handled has left me feeling confident and able to fully enjoy my lodge.
Thank you to Keith and Andy, they are a real credit to Victory.

Ben the trouble shooter came on time on day allocated, nothing was a problem steadily worked his way through the list, good clean trades man very pleased

Fantastic Aftersales Service. Reported a couple of minor issues on a new lodge. Big thank you to Joanne in the office and Engineer Lewis for dealing with it so quickly.

We had a few snagging issues with our Victory Riverwood but can't thank Keith Simmonds & his team enough for his commitment to help remedy these issues. Any problems he has gone above & beyond to get it remedied as quickly as possible. Nothing is too big a deal for himself & his team to get it sorted. Would like to let him know how much his attention to helping us is appreciated. Thank you so much Keith & team Victory. 👍

Paul was very friendly, competent and polite. Took time to listen and explained what he had done to hopefully resolve our issue. Top notch customer service from Paul, thank you!

Joanne from customer service is an asset to your company, she is quick to respond and most helpful

Ben and Gary came to fix a panel in r home on riverside Southport they couldn’t do enough first class service and what fabulous lads they were credit to the firm

Keith and his team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond. This guy is giving the company a great after sales reputation which was seriously lacking before he took over. I would certainly buy another victory caravan purely based on the after sales service you get now

What a great lodge home from home would highly recommend 100%

I have had a few issues, I purchased a new victory Lockwood which is sited on Bockensfield in Northumberland. I reported the fact that the wiring for the television did not work when I purchased in February 2025 and this has still not been fixed. I also have an issue with the soft closing doors in the kitchen not working correctly and the boiler has recently failed which cast me £420 to fix.

Paul arrived this morning as a surprise as nobody informed me he was booked to carry out adjusting windows? This was a pleasant surprise and he carried out the tasks in a professional and confident manner. No problems encountered and this is the second time he has carried out adjustments. I highly recommend Paul a valuable member of your team.

Great customer service support with a technical enquiry I had.

Joanne was incredibly courteous and helpful - Nothing was too much trouble for her. She solved my issue quickly and efficiently.

Scott is very attentive and is always on hand to assist with all my queries.

Her friendly and professional approach made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into ensuring I had all the information I needed. Outstanding service!

I have found Scott really helpful when dealing with enquiries. He has made it easy to liaise with owners on our park and helps us to delivery great customer care.

A huge shoutout to Gary & Ben! These wonderful, amiable individuals handled everything superbly with barely any inconvenience. They truly represent their company well. Kudos to them! From Paul, Belinda, and Libby the dog at Conwy Lodge Park.

We had Lewis Hill out to replace the wall of our new Victory Lodge, made an excellent job and such a nice lad. Highly recommended
