Madalina arranged for me to get my property’s electrical certificates, PAT test of appliances and EPC. I would highly recommend going with her as this was all organised well - I was regularly updated on the progress made and the dates and timelines given were accurate. Highly recommend, I would definitely use her again!

I found it very enjoyable to rent from Victor Michael: it is much more responsive and tenant-friendly than other agencies. The agent managing the property I rented, Kelly, has been amazing throughout: very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She has efficiently helped solve any issue I have had, including arranging very timely repairs when needed, which were mostly done by the same person (Vijay), who is always very nice, helpful and reliable. Highly recommend this agency!

Incredible experience, the VM team were great to work with as a renter. Very communicative, responsive and all around nice people to deal with. Kagan was my POC and he made the whole process a breeze, and Esta in the new let team made sure I did my due diligence with the headache!

From start to finish this was a very smooth process. Viewed Monday midday, referencing complete Thursday. Contract signed Friday, got keys Saturday. 💯 would recommend this company, Esta was amazing and I probably drove her mad due to my tight timescales but she came through. Also Kagan at handover was very efficient with keys and a decent welcome gift👍. If you need help with Renting these guys are top drawer
