Victoria Hearts is giant scam my wife is from kiev we live in USA her profile has been on Victoria Hearts and at least 7 other sites for 4plus years ??
They never update profiles with new photos
People do age.
We have reached out to customer support to remove her profile and we never get a clear response ??
We sent customer support a 38 second confirmation video of her with someone's outdated passport???
So called moderator supervisor ??
Just respond with ladies profile and documents are valid ??
We noticed all names are English Harry ,Daniel, Julia . My theory is I work for IT
And traced their server to Kirkland WA USA ???

My wife was from Donetsk Ukraine held by Russian speratists and left with no ID???

We are just are trying to help men save money on these scam sites and getting hurt emotionally.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They renage on business agreements. As a customer you have no recourse. They are terribly overpriced. Ladies can run scams, they claim to vet the women but they don't. You are on your own, pilgram.

I’ve read a lot of these posts. You may say. There is no way I’ve spoken to this woman and she is genuinely real. That is total BS as I’ve now traveled to Russia five times even when your there in the city and where she is supposed to live. If you only contacted her through the site she is shady and had a huge emergency and had to leave the area. I found this out in two trips, there. Let’s be real, if some one you spoke to comes to visit and is in the city you’d do a lot to make an effort to see them wouldn’t you?? That was my very first trip to Russia. I fell hard for a beautiful woman with children even. She encouraged me to come to her and so I took the risk. It was probably a dumb move but you will have more fun learning about the people and the country that our propaganda has pounded into us is so fake. The people are good and love to meet Americans and share with you. Since then I’ve made friends and networked from there. If you really want to meet and have a beautiful Slavic woman for your girl don’t use a site. Try your hometown, or branch from there and go to the country and meet people. Russian people outside of the majour cities of Moscow or Pieter, are great people and you will have a great time if your honest and open. The relationship your looking for will develop over time. It doesn’t hurt if you learn some language skills to. If she is true and honest she will be happy to embrace you too. Just don’t waste time with these sites, if your lonely go to a retirement home or try to help people you’ll feel more fulfilled and learn so much and not be scammed out of your money, if you want to feel good donate it and it will be put to some good we hope!? Because these sites are you donating to them to buy photos and videos. These women have sold their photos and understand a lot if women do photo shoots or are Instagramers and all the BS the site person tells you is literally BS with a very small grain of truth. How can she be 8/10/12 hours away have a child and hold a full time job and still talk to you 24-7 impossible no matter how much she says she lives talking to you! Each letter, video or message you send is a dollar or twenty dollars from your pocket and who wants to throw twenty dollars away for 20 seconds of film? If your rich I guess it’s ok? Another thing to remember is most older Russian or Ukrainian women don’t speak any English so if she’s gorgeous it won’t last long because you both will have to use a translator to talk and what fun is that?? Also how many gorgeous women in your town or city don’t have a boyfriend or husband or something??? They all do just like here. She doesn’t look on a site for some dumb foreign person if you know nothing about their culture or language?? It’s scary when all you hear is a lot of language thrown at you and you know nothing? She will or leave home for who knows what? If you really want a Slavic girl try local or learn culture and language to make a relationship. The site is definitely a scam but you can find those in your American sites too you have a little money and everyone wants it! If she’s real she will not ask for it!! The scammers always do and not long after they make you feel important! They will really need your help! They are just looking at how far they can lure you and drain you cards! So if want to immediately throw your money away in minutes possibly hundreds of dollars a day go to these sites and look at the women! Talk to them, watch their films, etc. The only thing the sites service is good for is robbing you.!!! It’s jumpy, slow, the women are just dying to talk and write letters and send films and you pay for every thing. This is a long rant and like many here I will say I was robbed of my money and what really hurts is I was robbed of my dignity and emotions. But o can say I’m the long run it has made me better. I have many friends, learned a language, seen sights that you used to see only in a James Bond film. But the BEST thing is I’ve gained a lot friends and met a beautiful woman who I love. This site is a scam! Lots of pictures of beautiful women. However, 95, of the ladies ere not on the site. They employ writers, some male and others female to respond to your messages. Ask the lady to send you a selfie in a particular pose, with a time limit so it can’t be photoshopped. If that pose is not in their inventory of pictures they will be exposed.

I've met a very magnificent and charming lady named Julia....ID 32084766 she appeared to be a pure Angel in my eyes. After spending some time on the site together we decided to leave and then we moved to Skype and phone calls. As I said....she was a pure Angel, clean, gentle, womanish and genuine.... the best package you ever get. But..... I'm an old fool...just an idiot who cheated on her and lost her. I can't stop blaming myself for that and I find no excuses....... Please... just in case if anybody meets her. Please treat her well and make her feel like a Queen. You will never regret that. that is just my last wish for her to meet a decent man who will cherish and treat her like the Queen of the Universe.. And trust me. She will give you much more than you even could imagine.
I made plenty of mistakes on the site...met lots of scammers and bad people there. But I have to admit. She was the first and the only real girl I saw with my eyes.. Her voice is like a beautiful essence of classic music and Shakespeare's sonnet.. pure Angel.

I have meet many nice ladies but through Anastasiadate but it cost a fortune to get to that point.

On this site Victoriahearts it is 200% scam ... the woman aren’t the woman ... they are contracted to the agencies and paid 30% for gift and 10 % for revenue part of this “ contract” is to supply info photos and videos. They say they have no phone but constantly taking selfies and videos and uploading
When you purchase gift they don’t take the gift or flowers just a photo . The money is dispersed

Then an email is provided ( agency controlled) then they communicate for a few emails then it stops. Phone doesn’t work, computer doesn’t work!, wi fi all ex uses

You complain to the site... they email the agency and suddenly you get an email “ Hi how are you” one hour later the site emails you and states .. we are told communication has been restored .Bullshot then you never get another email

One young lady I caught out now as I was supposed communication through Telegram... but as she was in Russia why would you have an agency number in Ukraine !

Then I found her on what’s app with her resl number .

I then chatted to both at the same time ... on WhatsApp and telegram neither knowing what was happening!

I challenged the WhatsApp as I had chatted for four months in the other site ...
on WhatsApp she said Telegram was not her and then videoed me to prove it. The site of telegram no longer replied !!!!!

I would not give one star, guys don’t be fooled you will never meet anyone they are on site to scam your credits. Most are married or at least have a boyfriend, they do this for a living it’s the only work they can get. I worked in Kiev airport for over two years so got to know all the scams, even the Ukraine guys are disgusted with it.ukraine is a very poor country with a lot of pretty woman but don’t be fooled they are very aware of their looks and will take you for every penny/ cent. If you are on this site, get off now!! Save your money. If you are thinking of joining DONT!!

This is how it works. If you are on the site and see pictures of beautiful women, it’s not them, it’s another person chatting with you using their photos, I believe they want you to use as many credits as possible. Some women are real but don’t try to hit a home run. At the start, if you asked for a live picture, you will get one, but it’s what they have on file, now they say it has to be approved, why, because men were asking ladies to do something with their hands that men asked to prove it’s a Live Photo. If you get their contacts, they will contact you once or twice but make excuses why they can’t but they are available every minute on the site. Notice how the site does not have video chat available but all legitimate sites do. I liked it for a while because some of these women are stunning and I guess my fantasy mind ran wild. There are other sites with video to prove the ladies are real. The customer support for the site doesn’t do anything, they say they are going to contact ladies, but they contact agency. The ladies belong to an agency, I believe the agency have ladies working for them.

There are a lot of negative reviews here about Victoriahearts and that's for one very good reason , it's a huge scam site , along with the others that are run by the same people.
They have others agencies in Europe but also in the far east and they are exactly the same , just a scam to lead you on and take your money. I spent a lot with Victoriahearts, went to Ukraine twice and actually met the two women from the site , but it's all a charade with lots of meals , the interpreter at $20 per hour and what they call the agency " taxi" at RIP off prices . One of them did give me plenty of hints about what was going on and I enjoyed her company even knowing nothing would come of it .
The second one I met a few times , Alla, or at least that was her site name . By chance I saw her in the streets one day and called her name , no response so I got closer and tried again, still nothing, I was coming from behind so I waited until I was in touching distance and tried her name"Alla" again, still nothing so I moved so that she could see me and her reaction was something else . Pure horror that she was out and by chance met me . On the site it said she had no English but that was a lie , I could tell from her reaction to things I said , even before the interpreter had translated.
Never met with her after that.
About 6 months later I looked on the site again , just out of curiosity and it had it that she was an expert level in english😄😄😄.
Do yourself a huge favour and stay away from these sites , 99.99% are a scam

I maybe, stupidly and desperately put my trust and faith in Victoria Hearts as their portfolio of beautiful women of all ages won me over and I fell for their constant bombardment of messages, photos and of course audios & videos which really eat up your credits!!! The latest? Viktoria 22 from Kiev who has expressed her undying love for me for the last 12 months or so has out of the blue decided to leave the site because of “bad thoughts “ & “bad people “ on here but she reassured me that she’s not leaving me! I don’t see a lot of difference as she says her emails have been hacked , her laptop has been hacked and her phone has been hacked!!! Also in the same conversation she wished me love. happiness and goodbye forever and I’ll never see her on the site again !I’ve not heard from her for 2 weeks and of course Victoria Hearts won’t take responsibility for girls “leaving “ their site. I’m pretty lucky that I’m single with no kids which is part of the irony and I have the ability and status to take out bank loans, credit cards and extra borrowing against my mortgage! The “support “ team are very nice and professional but with this latest episode, I feel that I’ve had little or no support at all. A word to the wise to anyone considering joining and interacting with these gorgeous, “attentive “ & “passionate” women? Don’t!

This site is 100% a fraud they are very good at fooling men. during my time there over 22,000 women supposedly looked at my profile. i had contact off the site with someone who worked for the site & she informed me that the site is run by agencies & their translators & that you never actually speak with any of the women represented. I found some of the women off site & they did not know who I was, they worked in different jobs & lived in different countries. one woman who asked me to help her & her son leave Ukraine was already living in the United States in real life for some years! one woman said she worked as a lawyer in St. Petersburg I found she is a model & owns a health club. It is all a scam just to take your money. so beware you have been warned only heartache & financial loss can result from this site & all it's sister sites.

Today the lady that I am in relationship is at her mothers funeral , and yet the agent paid commission has the profile showing active on this victoria hearts web site . previously 4 months ago when I found her profile also on this site I asked her about it as it was showing live for hours during her working day , and she said who is the web site I do not know it .

A fraud site 100% lying to men and putting pictures of very beautiful women to attract men and in the end you lose a lot of money and see the girl you are talking to talking to other men in the same manner

Update : Just as a sanity check I registered as a new user . I opened up a free credit conversation with the same lady. I asked her was she single, oh yes dear very much, am I perfect you. I would like to travel and do new things.

Dear guys, most of the models work on 3 sites. VictoriaHearts, Valentime, Ukrainiancharm, the same model on these sites, doesn't check, that u are registered with the same profile on each site. How true is their love? Their brain? 3 different girls take ur money :). Never spend one Rubel/Cent on this sites! I work in the IT and checked this 3 domains. What wonder, all sie the same server in Kirkland, WA, US. Horrible. Just be careful, and spend ur money to physical girls...Internet is a virtual fantasy country without reference to reality!

So i decided to give this website a chance knowing fully well of the negative reviews online.i chatted with a girl named kristina spent 800 sgd on 3000 credits to get her personal email
It all went well for a month and two weeks but after that she stopped replying to my messages.to be fair i dont know if the ladies get paid commission and i do not havr insider knowledge on that.it seems though they get away through a legal loophole that states that thier not a scam if the lady just lost interest and a relationship is nt guaranteed no matter how much you spend on a lady.customer support is good but all in all the intention is not clear.Regret spending money in the first place.

The credits you purchase , they "Steal" parts of them from you. You have No control on how they take credits from you. The girl I was talking to cost me $ 24,000.00 in one year, this girls are very smart on how to make you buy them gifts etc.

This site and its 2 sister sites - Love Swans & Match Truly are owned by 1 company and all "Ladies" are on all 3 sites with the same Profile ID number. Trying to find a woman on the websites truly wanting to find a husband is akin to finding a specific needle in a very, very large haystack of identical needles. Your chances of finding that 1 needle are about 1 in 1 trillion. 99.99999999999999% of the women on the site are there to try to earn extra money or have "kicks and giggles" jerking guys around. I purchased enough credits after months of chatting with 1 Profile to be able to email and Skype her and did for about 10 days until she told me her phone was heating up from sending me videos on Skype and she needed me to to buy her a phone but would only if purchased it thru Victoria Hearts. Since I had deactivated my membership on Victoria Hearts, I would have to reactivate my membership to do so. That is when I said no and ceased using VH or LS or MT. Was I ever chatting, emailing or Skyping with the woman I believed I was? I truly have no idea. The website does have at least 2 disclaimers that provides legal escape routes so they are not liable for any problems. Is it possible to find a "forever" wife on VH? I will ask a different question just as applicable; "Is it possible for a 'life ending' asteroid to hit Earth in 2020?" - yes, of course. Is it probable? Of course not!
