We honestly cannot recommend Victoria Fiona enough! They have gone above and beyond for us and our pram,and the service we’ve received has been nothing short of fantastic. It’s so refreshing to deal with a business that genuinely cares, takes pride in what they do and is willing to go the extra mile to help. Nothing has been too much trouble, and we are so grateful for all their help and support. You can really tell when a business puts their heart into what they do, and Victoria Fiona definitely does! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional buggy business. Ordered a car seat with them, received the automatic acknowledgement email with the aim / intent to dispatch within 24 hours but nothing further. Ended up sending 3 chaser emails simply requesting an update after it went 48 hours etc without the courtesy of a response to any. Lost a week waiting for a response.
When i phoned up they claimed they must have sold the item and forgot to update the website or tell me.
When i did get a refund, quelle surprise, the same seat was back available for sale almost instantly.

We bought a second-hand pram from Victoria Fiona in April 2026. Shortly after, the clasp broke, which we put down to it being a pre-loved pram, so we replaced it ourselves.

Unfortunately, a couple of months later, the folding mechanism also developed a fault. As this was the second fault, we contacted Victoria Fiona, who were very apologetic. She explained that she wished we had contacted her regarding the clasp, as they keep spare parts for issues like this and would have tried to put it right for us.

She recommended contacting Mamas & Papas regarding the folding mechanism, and thankfully they were able to repair it for £50. Victoria Fiona then kindly reimbursed us for the full repair cost.

We completely understand that things can go wrong, especially with second-hand items, but we believe it’s how a company deals with an issue that shows good customer service. Victoria Fiona were understanding, helpful and took responsibility to make things right.

We’re really happy with how the situation was handled and would happily recommend them.

Would highly recommend Victoria Fiona and will be browsing their website in the future for future buys. We had a scenario whereby I needed to communicate with Victoria after purchase and I could not fault the care and helpfulness she showed. Thank you again 5*!

Avoid at all costs. Rude, unhelpful and patronising. Stick to marketplace if your after a second hand pram. They certainly don’t refurbish or clean anything as claimed. Just avoid will end up costing you more having to replace everything cause you can be sure they won’t refund you or try and help.

We purchased an egg3 travel system from Victoria Fiona and would 100% recommend.

After ordering our initial pram, and being advised of a delay, we had to look elsewhere quickly. I stumbled across Victoria Rose online on various platforms (facebook, ebay). I noticed they had a website also which gave me confidence.

I was surprised by the range of prams on their website, a great selection and lots to choose from! I messaged Victoria who was really helpful, and offered to send me more pictures of the pram I was interested in. When it arrived, we were so happy with it!!! We would highly recommend!
