I would just like to warn VICO TENANTS…
I would just like to warn VICO TENANTS to be careful when phoning up or calling in to do do home improvements and saying that they can and have been lenient and have allowed verbally and even when it was WDH aswell. Contract workers they brought in giving wrong information also. I have always asked/enquired for permission even when I was married. I’m going to take the matter up with someone NOT VICO about what they are doing and have been. This latest a SCHEME as they call it. People could get rid of their fires ours was a freestanding electric and fire surround and whilst it created more space it you need something as back up I bought the fire my self because it was thermostat controlled money saving.
What WDHgave the CONTRACTORS TO INSTALL the fire screwed to the surround and THE WALL SOCKET-FITTED AT THE BACK OF THE FIRE NO PLUG AND HARD WIRED I THINK THE TERM IS AND ITS ILLEGAL. ThERES A STITCH ON THE RECESS OF THE LOUNGE WALL AND THE CABLING WAS HARD WIRED TETHERED ROUND THE SKIRTING UGLY AND DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY WITH A 12 MONTH OLD BABY AND I COULD GO ON. WHAT WAS FITTING THE FIRE “ OH YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR FIRE ANYTIME YOU LIKE, YOU DONT NEED PERMISSION”. It was when we were decorating and wanted to MOVE IT AWAY FROM WALLTO PAINT BEHIND IT THATS WHEN WE FOUND IT YOU COULD MOVE it AWAY ABOUT 4INCHES.
We went in the place when they was in town and because it was THE “CONTRACTORS” WHO HAD FITTED THE FIRE AND WERE NOW GONE. … we WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ELECTRICIAN TO PUT IT RIGHT AND WHEN THE ELECTRICIAN CAME TO LOOK AT WHAT HAD BEEN DONE HE PLAYED HELL. HE SAID THERE SHOULD BE A CABLE FROM THE FIRE WITH A PLUG ON END.
HAS ANY ONE ELSE HAD THIS?IM GOING BACK A NUMBER OF YEARS.

THIS NEW SCHEME COS THE FIRE I BOUGHT WAS ALSO WAS FREE STANDING AND SURROUND WAS JUST HELD ON WITH 2 TINY SCREWS LIKE THE RUBBISH ONE. I PHONED UP AND I ASKED PERMISSION (VICO ) AND was told YES I COULD DO AWAY WITH IT. It just PLUGGED IN.
I APPLIED FOR PERMISSION TO HAVE AN ELECTRIC WALL FIRE UP ON THE WALL COS WE FOUND IT WAS COLD. IT WAS REFUSED. IT WOULD STRUGGLE TO REACH C RATING EFFICIENCY
THEY ARE A C RATED PRODUCT AND WHAT THEY EMAILED MY X HUSBAND FOR…… STUPID
IF THE CENTRAL HEATING BREAKS DOWN WHAT YOUR GOING TO DO FOR HEATING. NOT VERY HAPPY 1950’s HOUSE COLD HOUSES

As a company that lets out homes on private etstates you think you would deal with your tenants we live on the Lancaster gardens Harworth Doncaster we have had seraval issue with one of your tenants complained to you on seraval occasions online and you have done nothing .they are obstructing our drive way and also parking on the pavements so nobody can get past I feel I have no other option now but report to highways as clearly you don’t care we are hardworking people who purchased a home with enough parking for our cars . So don’t expect someone to obstructed us getting on and off the drive also they shouldn’t even be parking a company van on the pavements as it’s against the convenants on the area .you also have another house on the Trent drive where the tenants are smoking drugs which is not what we should have to put up with you have quiet a few homes on here and there has been a lot of trouble with tenants I am not the only one complaining but I have had enough now you clearly don’t tell how to respect the area and certainly don’t tell them over they parking you need to deal with these matters and sort out your tenants

Absolutely useless
Been waiting for a new bath panel since before Christmas first they sent a plummer not a joiner then now ive been asked to leave a review on the work done 'today' when no one even came today i have 3 cameras at the front of my house to prove so. .. It has still not done! Absolute joke! In my last house with vico I reported a leak under the bath a plummer came out poked my ceiling and said no that's fine and left... 2 days later all my ceiling fell through and smashed my cooker to bits and left me with no vooker and no kitchen to do anything in for a week with 2 children! Its a bloody good job this happened at night when we was not in the kitchen!! Useless!!!!

I thought the council were bad these are far worse. A machine picking all the leaves up ( and there's a lot), so they wouldn't rot the grass,may as well have been left. The machine has ruined the grass by churning most of it up. The leaves that are on the edges have been left,no hard to get them up. Mud all over the cul- de- sac left and it looks a disgrace,the worst thing is ,WE HAVE TO pay for this shocking service. You phone up and no body is interested, it doesn't affect them so not bothered. Down right shocking service.

94 year old charged after cancellation..
94 year old registered blind mum called Carelink to cancel her agreement after paying for over 25 years without ever using it, and was told all costs would stop immediately, only for carelink to take a payment 4 days later, when I called and questioned their actions, they said the charge would be refunded once goods returned, here we are 10 days on, goods returned on mum's behalf and no refund, is this now how businesses treat our elders.....
