Terrible experience with viagogo as I couldn't get hold of the tickets. I had to make countless requests to the client service (which is crap by the way) to get to them. Buy your tickets via ticketmaster. Never via viagogo.

Me enteré tarde, que vendría a México un cantante al que admiro muchísimo. Busqué boletos en internet y esta fue la primera plataforma que me apareció. La verdad, no me di cuenta!! Solamente quería comprar mi boleto porque además, ya estaban agotados y me sorprendió que había algunos todavía en venta. No fue hasta cuando lo pagué, que me di cuenta que era una plataforma desconocida para mí. Estuve un poco nerviosa porque el boleto no fue barato, pero me llegô un día antes y no tuve ningún problema! Era original. Después supe que son plataformas de reventa, obviamente por eso me salió tan caro! Y yo pensé que eso costaban!!! Como experiencia, fue buena.

Es una estafa, los boletos los venden casi al doble de su precio real!

I bought tickets on January 2025 for an Oasis concert, they delivered the tickets on September 12 the day of the concert. The tickets were numbered and I had bought general A which was standing up, but you would be very close to the stage. The tickets they gave me were on the side very far from the stage. When I phoned them they told me that the only thing they could do was give me 25% refund…. Not the tickets that I had bought… very disappointing!!! I paid 3,183.00 usd for seat that were not what I paid for, they had my money for 8 months and they refund is laughable…
They totally ruined a family date which we had great expectations to attend.
Never ever buy from them, they are scammers you will loose money.
I don’t understand how they are still in business….. BEWARE!!!

Se canceló el concierto de carlos rivera en Guadalajara, súper boletos les ha regresado el dinero y ellos se lo quedaron, además como revendedores duplicaron su valor, son estafadores y bandidos transaccion 548044606. No utilicen esta aplicación son realmente estafadores

Es una estafa total, la plataforma tiene un mecanismo que te hace creer que es un sitio seguro, al final no te emite entradas tan solo un correo que no contiene ninguna entrada. El chat no te resuelve nada y jamás aparecen tus entradas. Una reverenda estafa. Los creadores no tienen idea del sacrificio que uno hace por asistir a un momento de entretenimiento, es absolutamente un abuso.

Compre boletos para el palenque de Aguascalientes con 1 semana de anticipación. Recibí correos de confirmación, la entrega ocurrió en tiempo. Si los recomiendo.

I purchased 2 tickets in December 2024 for the System of a Down concert in Curitiba, which is scheduled for tomorrow, May 6th, 2025. To my surprise, I received one senior half-price ticket and one regular full-price ticket. Initially, I purchased both tickets at the same price, and there were no indications that they were senior tickets. I checked all the purchase details and the website thoroughly, and there was no mention that the tickets were for seniors. The fact that I received one full-price ticket proves that I did, in fact, pay for two regular tickets, yet I received one senior and one regular ticket.

Immediately after receiving the tickets, I contacted Viagogo's support team, who informed me that they would not exchange the senior ticket for a regular one, and therefore the only option would be to proceed with a refund.

I agreed to return both tickets to receive a refund. However, they asked me to transfer the tickets to Viagogo via Eventim — but this option simply does not exist on the platform.

I have contacted customer support several times via chat and email, and each time I start a conversation, they restart the process from scratch, stating that they will contact the relevant team to figure out how to return the tickets, even though the only method they suggest for returning the tickets simply doesn't exist.

I paid 2,000 BRL for these two tickets, and Viagogo is stalling until midnight so they can claim I didn’t return the tickets. However, I am trying everything I can to return them, and Viagogo is simply not providing the support necessary to make the return and refund possible.

A very well-orchestrated scam. Please refund my money.

Te cambian las entradas te dan los boletos que ellos quieren y los lugares que ellos quieren siempre son lugares peores de los que uno elige

Pésimo experiencia.... Ni si quiera1 estrella vale.
Compré boleto para el partido y me llegaron boleto en muchísimo peor asiento.
Hice comentario en WhatsApp que me llegó para checar si recibi los boletos y la última mensaje que recibí como a las17:30 que solo dice que "ya se comunicó con el vendedor"
Desde allí no he recibido la respuesta......puede ser que tenga sus horas pero el partido es hoy....uno estaba emocionada de ver el partido del asiento adelante con amigos aunq sea caro al original

Cuidense! Si te manda WhatsApp de número3332190817. Es el vendedor y te dice que te va cambiar pero no hará nada y después ni te contestará!

Un verdadero FRAUDE venta de boletos para Feria León 2025, México. No te permiten ni siquiera elegir número de fila y asiento. Te muestran en una moneda precio de boletos y posteriormente te aplican cargos por más del 40% sin previa consulta. La opción de reventa nada favorable y sin tiempo para traspasar tus entradas....

Es una empresa fraudulenta que no se hace responsable por las operaciones que llevan a cabo en su plataforma.

Viagogo Mexico es un fraude no compren ahi, les compre entradas de partido de futbol y me las cancelaron sin previo aviso , $6,425 pesos que no he recuperado, me dijeron que lo reembolsarian y no lo han hecho, le echan la pelotita al banco y dicen que nunca llego el pago a ellos, no dan respuesta

Nunca nunca compren nada con ellos coma confirmaron mis asientos y mis lugares dijeron que llegarían los boletos el día del evento y jamás llegaron tampoco llegó el correo electrónico hasta que me comuniqué con un chat y a su vez el chat me dijo lo sentimos mucho tus boletos no será posible otorgarle, tuve que comprar otros en la reventa y tampoco me quieren pagar la diferencia de la reventa cuando fue su culpa

Es el peor servicio de boletos. Cancelaron un evento y no me quieren devolver el dinero que yo pague en su portal, pretenden que hable con los organizadores para que me regresen el dinero. Como si hubiera hablado yo con ellos para comprar los boletos. Todo es para que se queden con mi dinero. No trabajen con ellos. Evítese un mal momento, además, venden al doble los boletos.

es el mas pesimo servicio que hay!!!! nunca mas voy a usar!! 2 veces me cojieron con boletos!! unavez para ricky martin, otra vez con madonna y NUNCA entregaron!!! creo que están vendiendo y después ligan ofrece mas van a vender tus boletos y dicen que están en camino a tu casa pero obviamente nunca llegan!!! pendejos rateros

no compres con ellos
primero te dicen que tus boletos llegan unos dias antes del evento. justo a una semana antes, te mandan un correo donde te dicen que no te los pueden entregar. y no te dan mas opcion que solicitar tu devolucion. claro ya fue imposible conseguir otros boletos, a precio justo.
si me devolvieron del dinero.
en resumen NO compren con viagogo.

The absolute worst customer service. Bought tickets, could not get them, was given the run around several times on the phone and they did not provide any adequate solutions. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
