Puntali, personale gentilissimo !!

Llego a Venecia, voy a recoger un coche ya pagado por internet(Autoeuropa) y me dicen que me he pasado más de una hora de la hora prevista de recogida. Si quiero coche lo debo pagar casi al triple y el dinero del otro, que ya he pagado, debo hacer una reclamacion para recuperarlo. Mi primer día de vacaciones y me encuentro tirado, sin conocer idioma, sin coche y si lo quiero bastante más caro.

Gracias que una chica muy simpática de Autoeuropa nos ayudó a alquilar en otra empresa (Drivalia, que por cierto muy bien) y puso la reclamación. Al final pagué por un coche similar 160 € más
Viaggiare es poco fiable. Pagué de más, perdí al menos 3 horas y me dieron el disgusto el primer día de mis vacaciones

Terrible experience in Marco Polo airport. The man on the desk clearly do not know how to do his job. We had a company credit car under our name and he did not understand that it is not necessary to be the administrator of the company to use the car. We could rent the car and we had to find another car rental with professionals on the desk. NEVER AGAIN. Don’t rent with them, they will ruin your holidays.

Both members of the team at pick up and drop off were friendly and efficient.

It was a hassle free experience - I had my car within 20 minutes and the drop off was simply a case of passing over the keys - all within the airport terminal.

We were overcharged for both roadside assistance and damage to the vehicle that we did not cause. Viaggiare have so far ignored our emails of complaint. We took out additional insurance cover when making the booking but this still didn’t cover accidental lockout which in the policy wording it says it includes.

La peor experiencia. Hora y media en fila para hacer el Chek in, a pesar de tener hora reservada. Entrega del coche exactamente como lo dejaron los anteriores alquiladores, sucio por dentro y fuera, con una silla de niño y pañuelos usados. Nadie se hizo responsable. Al entregar el coche quisieron imputarnos una raya que estaba previamente y que pudimos demostrar porque grabamos la entrega con fotos y vídeo. Además, una semana para devolver la fianza de 900€. Hice una reclamación por lo sucedido y nadie contestó. No recomendaría jamás esta compañía, ninguna seriedad ni eficiencia y muchas ganas de cobrar de más, el cliente no les importa.

Smooth pick up and drop off, all conditions were clear. The car was in a good state. Service questions were easily answered.

I had a bitter experience! In the signed contract, the company did not record all the numerous scratches on the bodywork and also inside the car there were many damaged marks on the car seats! For this reason, I was unfairly not refunded €150. I think everything was planned to steal from the client!

Good service end-to-end, and pretty fast. Just that be careful by taking pictures of the car when you don't buy full insurance, as the chance of being accused for pre-existing damage is high.
