Quality of the wood is great but it was issued with no instructions (I purchased the garden tidy). I had to contact the company to get them and was sent a video link to the construction of a different shed. I thought I would be able to adjust but there were some key differences. In the screws which were provided, there were none of the correct length (50mm v 80mm which were needed). I phoned again, was told I'd be sent some of the longer screws but instead was sent the same pack which I already had so in the end I visited a hardware shop to get the right size. Finally, there is an inch gap at the base of the front and to the sides (where the unit sits on top of corners above the base). Its great for air flow but not if you want to keep mice out so I've since done some running repairs to close it up.

My timeslot for 8:00 am was fine. However, the shed assemblers arrived at 6:45 and proceeded to use tools prior to 7 am. I reminded them of loud tools not allowed prior to 8. They said they would just assemble the base with low noise tools.
The drills used were still loud. I then had to leave for work.
I had two neighbours complain via social media.
I appreciate the workers showed up but they should have waited til 8am before starting the assembly.
I had to leave for work so I was unable to inspect the built shelf.
The installation was done to a good standard although the top door bracket is too tight to move.
Overall, the shed is good value and I would recommend VFM sheds.

From placing the order to installation, the whole process was seamless. All of the questions I had were answered promptly.

I purchased a 7x5 Apex Shed and it's perfect for my needs. I can stand up in it as it has plenty of headroom.

The install team were absolutely spot on. Turned up when they said they would, cracked on with the job, and were genuinely friendly the whole time. They took the time to make sure everything was level and solid, tidied up after themselves, and even talked me through the best way to treat the timber to keep it looking good.

You can tell these sheds are properly handmade too — the build quality is miles ahead of the flat-pack stuff you see elsewhere. Really solid bit of kit.

Great experience buying from VFM Sheds. The website was simple to use, ordering was straightforward, and delivery arrived exactly on the day promised. Installation was quick, tidy, and professional. The shed itself is excellent quality and offers great value for money. The materials are exactly as described on their website, and it even came with a lock and key, which was a nice added bonus.

I’ve given four stars purely because the roof height is quite low. I chose the 10ft x 6ft pent roof model and, being 5'11", I tend to crack my head unless I stand near the highest point. In fairness, the measurements were clearly listed on their website, so I should have opted for the apex roof for more central height.

Overall, very happy with the product and service.
