Best host bot for discord active and kind staff

BEST HOST EVER!!!!

So I bought two hosts, one for a discord.js bot and one for Discord Tickets, and I've got to say, their support is top-of-the-line! big companies like Google should really be taking notes. they helped me set something up in under ten minutes, and they are very friendly!
ALSO SUPER CHEAP! who can beat a quarterly price of $1.50? that's literally $0.50 a month, no one can beat that!

Good host, good price (for Minecraft servers) and good support but wish they have a list of things they don't have active right now to know whether to buy or not or to wait... such as adding addons which is not a possibility without help of one of the admins and you will have to wait for their schedule to hopefully match yours to add your addons (this is a big turn off I wish I knew this before I bought) to be fair I read that this is a new hosting service but you cannot have those types of features without it.

This is a great service, insanely cheap prices and generous free trials with support staff that will be there every step of the way. not to mention the extremely fast speeds

I just got my first server here and it seems nice so far! It had a little bit of trouble with slash commands, learning you have to execute them from the console on the panel rather than in game, but other than that, it's been a great, high quality, while still cheap experience! Hopefully it keeps working well!

10/10, I bought it at 4 o'clock in the morning, an hour later they answered me to help me because I did not understand. Just now I had another problem and they helped me. They are fast, friendly and always available, the service is very cheap and recommendable. By the way, I don't speak much English and they still helped me understand.

Customer services are really helpfull. They resolve my problem with discord bot. It was my misstake. Im really happy to have my discord bot hosting on this hosting. And + its cost only 0.50$!

Experience hasn't been great so far. I understand they're a new company, but some things need to change.

The first problem is the lack of instructions on how to use their site. This is absolutely unacceptable for a server host. I see a page for 'backups', but it states that my backup limit is set to 0. So, the next thing I do is try to change the limit. I searched everywhere on their site but couldn't find a word about it. The weird thing is that there's all these references to a "knowledge base" that doesn't exist. This just led to me being frustrated so I decided to contact support, and that leads me to the second problem.

Support, support, support. I cannot stress how important it is to have this, especially for a server host. Yet, I find myself waiting hours to receive a response. They have live chat, tickets, and a discord server; I tried each of these methods. They all just left me more annoyed. Like I mentioned earlier, I understand they're a new company (which means support should be pretty fast), they have every aspect of a good sever host (price is fantastic) but are missing the things that make a great server host.

I hope this review will inspire you to make the necessary changes to your platform.
