At least everyone below got a website. At this point, it would take alot for things to turn around. Wow, I did my research after see their ads during Christmas. I guess they decided to take the year off and say screw everyone else. And I was going to pay for the Marketing package after i got my website. I ordered my site on March 20, 2023 AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED IT. I had to have PayPal give me a working number, for them to call and call from different numbers the next day and hangup. I REALLY needed this help. I paid for a product to never received ANYTHING. I have been ignored. I've been working with PayPal and my bank to ensure this company is flagged as a scam. And then I'll be working with Mastercard as well to ensure this company is flagged as scammers. I have been scammed before, so I know how to make sure none of their payment services NEVER work. Horrible people. They TAKE your money, NEVER DELIVER AND NEVER HEAR FROM THEM

I got the website just to find out others were already made and when i emailed multiple times about a refund.. no response. basically scammed out of $60

I ordered a full store and branded marketing from Vex based off a friend having a very good experience with them, this was on February 5th. 3 weeks later they delivered the website and no communication about the branded marketing launch. I tried to email them right away asking about the marketing and got no response. I have since been emailing them every couple of days and have had no communication back. After paying an extra $900 for the branded marketing launch I expected to at least get some form of communication from them not complete silence.

I received my store, but I paid for marketing, too. I have been trying to reach them but have received no reply, and neither they nor I have any phone numbers to contact. They hardly provided any instruction on how to run and I had to spend more money on things that they never included I feel like I wasted my time and money.

It’s been 13 days since I ordered my website an haven’t heard anything from them! Wondering what is going on

The communication was very respectful and polite. I felt like I was receiving very helpful guidance and was satisfied.

Pretty good haven't pushed out ads yet but looks very promising it is a lot of money to spend all at once but the final product looks very good.

The store purchase went great. Went so well that I purchased the branded marketing launch which I paid almost $800 for. It took forever for anyone to reach out to me; after they completed part of the order they asked me to fund my ads account which I did within hours of receiving the the email requesting me to do so. Since then, which has been about a month and several emails later and I’ve heard nothing!

Honestly store looks great, and setting up the rest of it was very straight forward

Purchased Vex Development to build my store late November- Early December received my order so I decided to purchase the branding marketing launch for $729 I did not hear back for days and they did not deliver on the expected due date.

So I called my bank and they gladly got my money back. A few days later I got a nasty email from this company trying to threaten me in giving them my money for a service not delivered. And saying they planned taking me to small claims.

If you wasted your money and haven’t heard back contact your bank.

I received a half built store with no descriptions and I did NOT receive the "Branded Marketing Launch". I am very disappointed because your website falsely advertised the expectations. You claim to offer US suppliers and ZenDrop ships from china. I have multiple dropshipping stores and I was trying to save some time by outsourcing the initial steps. I would really like to work with your company in the future, but I need this issue to get resolved first. I paid $539 for a store that is the same quality as the $17 store I also purchased(from a different company), and I didn't even receive the $899 marketing package. 

The amount of false advertising starting from your tiktok ads all the way to what you claim to offer on your website is astonishing. 

I have also sent MULTIPLE "Contact Us" forms, from your website, and I haven't gotten a response at all. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.

I love the experience so far with VEX! They have been extremely helpful and trustworthy. So far, no big issues have occurred. I am excited to get on with my new Shopify store.

My original review was very angry; this is an update. After a week of daily support requests and no response, I DID get my store and it looks great. I'm now working with their marketing team to complete the launch, since I'm getting back into school and don't have time do do it myself now. The moral of the story, I guess, is to allow lots of extra time, but they'll deliver what they promise. Will update again after launch completion.

I love the store y’all made for me and I am about to start running ads but so far no real issues just might take a while to have communication with vex marketers managers but it’s the holiday season so I can’t complain once they replied they helped so that’s all that matter really

I’ve had a great experience with the Vex Development team so far. I’m about a week in to my Shopify journey, thanks to the help from the Vex Development team in getting a great-looking store up and running for me. I also appreciate the response timing and sticking to the exact schedule/timeline provided on when the store would be ready.

I have done plenty of research on finding a built for you drop shipping store. Every other option required way more work than I had the time for. I found Vex, and when I say my jaw dropped when I opened my website, it hit the floor. It was professionally designed, easy to access, and even easier to launch. This was worth the investment. I cannot wait to continue to scale my new drop shipping business with Vex. Thank you!!!
