placed my order and it arrived in two days

Great looking tap in the brushed steel. Pretty straightforward to fit as pipes are numbered and the 4ltr tank doesn’t take up much room under the sink. Controls are easy and hot water is great on the 98’ setting, with no spitting. The delivery was nearly next day and would highly recommend this tap to anyone.

Recently, I purchased the Vatta 4-in-1 tap and subscribed to receive replacement filters every six months. However, I mistakenly scheduled the first filter delivery for next month from the purchase date, even though the filter is only meant to be replaced every six months.

As I am currently renovating my kitchen, the tap hasn’t even been installed yet, so I’m not using it at the moment. I received a call from Ben in customer service asking whether I still wanted to proceed with the upcoming filter order, considering I had only just purchased the tap. I found this incredibly refreshing, it’s rare to come across a company that is so honest and thoughtful.

Ben was very supportive and understanding on the phone and kindly cancelled this month’s subscription, saving me unnecessary expense and hassle.

Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Vatta. The customer service has been excellent, and this level of care and integrity is something that is sadly lacking in many companies today.

This is a really nice solidly constructed tap that feels very premium. But that’s not the best part. We had a small issue with ours that meant the sparkling water wasn’t working quite as expected, now normally this would result in a poor review, but with Vetta, the customer service was so good I’d almost forgotten we had an issue in the first place.

I have ordered my 4 in tap with boiler. I did not got any message when it will be delivered. There is no any company customer care no i can call & ask about my order . Don't know what to do now. Pls advice. Thanks

I compared a few instant hot water taps before choosing this one, and it’s honestly in a different league. The build feels solid, the finish is beautiful.

Boiling water is instant, quiet, and the filtered taste is really clean. Everything about it feels considered and high quality.

I’ve had my tap for just over 6 months and can’t fault it at all. I did struggle with changing the filter to start with but the aftercare was so helpful.

Great 4 in 1 tap! Replaced a standard mixer in our kitchen-island sink, and it's a fantastic upgrade! Fitter was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure the job was done well - even though our butler sink made the job more complicated than most. Fantastic to have both the boiling and cold water filtered, such a timesaver when you're making tea/coffee or cooking pasta/rice/veg. Has opened up a space on the counter where we used to have the kettle too (though a bit of space in the undersink cupboard was needed for the boiler and filter). Would wholly recommend the 4 in 1 tap, the 2.4l boiler, and the company in general. Great service from start to finish!

Went for a Vetta Tap instead of a new kettle, so happy I did! Works great and not more clutter! Would highly recommend.

I was more than happy to leave a review when asked. I had a top branded hot water tap that broke and decided to try something less expensive. There is not really any difference in quality and the company helped me from start to finish. They helped me selecting everything I wanted and then installing it. I get filters arrive without fail every 6 months, which are super simple to change. Would give higher review if possible

We recently installed our Vetta Tap in our kitchen, and it’s honestly one of the best decisions we’ve made. It delivers amazing filtered cold water and instant steaming hot water straight from our tap. I no longer have to wait for the kettle to boil and it taking up much needed space on our kitchen side. We wanted a fridge freezer water filter tap but didn’t have the space (or plumbing) for it so decided to give one of these a go.

The design is elegant and blends seamlessly into our kitchen.

Installation was simple, and it’s already making such a difference so daily life, as crazy as it sounds. If you’re thinking about upgrading your kitchen, the Vetta Tap is a game-changer. Highly recommend!
