Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
Vets Love Pets is reimagining how Australians access pet health essentials: by making expert care more accessible, affordable, and vet-backed from start to finish. Founded in partnership with local clinics, we help pet parents follow through on expert advice with confidence. Every product is thoughtfully selected: vet-trusted, pet-focused, and fairly priced. It’s designed to complement the care that starts in your clinic, and support the vets who make it possible. Why We Exist When a vet recommends a product in clinic, there can be a disconnect between that advice and what happens at home. Pet parents are left comparing lookalikes online or defaulting to generic retailers. Vets Love Pets helps by giving pet parents a simpler, more reliable way to act on expert guidance, without compromise. Every product is carefully selected with veterinary input and designed to help strengthen continuity of care. We stock products for dogs and cats, all the way through to birds, small animals, horses and more. What We Offer Vet-Trusted Range We only stock what vets trust. Every product meets clinical standards and has a clear purpose, from prescription diets and supplements to everyday health essentials. Accessible Pricing Expert care shouldn’t come with a premium. Our prices are intentional: fair, transparent, and built for real-life budgets. Continuity of Care Founded in partnership with local clinics, Vets Love Pets gives pet parents the clarity to act confidently on the care their vet recommends, without compromise.

Extremely easy online ordering process
Extremely easy online ordering process, quick delivery of products & very reasonable pricing (if I purchased from my regular clinic I'd be paying 3x as much). Reordering from my on-file script for my pet's medication has never been easier. So glad I found Vets Love Pets, I'll definitely continue using them & highly recommend

Great price range and reliable company
After comparing prices with other companies, I had decided to purchase the veterinarian diet cat food ((Royal Canin Renal) from Vets Love Pets as their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other online pet stores.
Their $15 off your first order and their rewards benefits was also a bonus as I had already gained enough points to take $10 off my next purchase just from my first order.
The ordering process was simple and easy and I had received notification from them as soon as I had placed my order through. The whole processing, shipping and delivery time took only a few days for me to receive my order.
I am so glad to have found Vets Love Pets for the products they have at reasonable prices and reliability. I have already placed another order with them and will happily continue to shop for my cats needs with Vets Love Pets.

I HATE THEM!
I HATE THEM!
The products are great!
But wanted to double order on Sunday night, so sent a message to discuss order. No reply since. It is now Friday.
Sent an email Wednesday or Thursday, to discuss, still no reply. Said then , I wanted to cancel.
Received all of the Aussie post emails and updates though! It is now on its way to me... wifi.
So I rang them today, the Asian lady kept talking and wouldn't give me a chance to talk or talked over me, so in the end I had to talk over her to be heard.
What a joke!
Absolutely NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
UNFORTUNATELY this is why I stopped ordering from them a few years ago.
Pity I forgot!!!
They also won't redirect product. So I have to receive it to redirect it!🤨
At this very moment, I Absolutely HATE THEM! And I never hate anyone.
SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
