If you order anything. Even if you contact them before despatch they tell you it is too late!
The position is you are automatically enrolled in their money extracting methods! This business goes against UK consumer law!

Pre-Ticked Boxes and Default Opt-Ins are Illegal.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations strictly prohibit businesses from using pre-ticked boxes, default options, or automatic opt-ins for any additional payments or recurring contracts.
• The Rule: The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) explicitly states that a customer cannot provide consent by failing to uncheck a box. You must actively choose to opt-in.
• The Trapped Term: Burying recurring payment terms in small print or deep within terms and conditions where an ordinary consumer would not notice them does not constitute legal consent

Purchased two items which arrived in time stated......never noticed the tiny writing stating the order will be repeated automatically. Money taken before next order details were emailed.....how convenient. Trying to cancel the subscription, but their system has no record of it and doesn't even recognise my email address....I only have one which I use for everything......STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

I was about to enter my card details when I saw at the bottom of the page in very pale tiny print that they automatically send me repeats and deduct the money from my account. An American company thousands of miles away that I cannot challenge. I didn’t continue.
