Not reliable company
We bought a sofa and the cashier gave us a leaflet from VeryClear. Husband went online requested and paid for the service. We haven't heard from them since and now they are playing "hide & seek". Totally disgrace.

Not "Very Clear" to this Old Boy!
I chose this Company for disposal of an old treadmill as they stated they were registered waste carriers and their reviews looked good. I have had a poor experience. Having given them all my personal details, I received an email yesterday saying that I would be contacted within 2 hours; this never happened. This morning I emailed them asking for a collection day and they replied asking for photos, which I promptly sent. Still no reply late afternoon. By my 3rd email and no further contact from them, my patience expired so I cancelled the order.
I have since been told that they have an unexpected
family tragedy If I had known this at the start, my attitude would have been totally different, more caring. I have since arranged removal of the item by another firm and have now upgraded my review.

As mentioned, we unfortunately experienced an unexpected family tragedy which impacted our response times. That said, we recognise that this was not communicated clearly at the outset, and for that we are truly sorry.

I booked a collection back in November 25 for a mattress as I didn't want it to go to landfill. I received an email after placing my order to ask when I wanted collection to which I replied as soon as possible. I then heard nothing else after that for the next 3 months. I emailed and called numerous times with no response until I finally gave up and decided to cancel my order for collection. Funnily enough I then received a response by email to confirm the cancellation. Bizarre.
I would not recommend this company to anyone due to lack of communication plus I didn't actually receive any service at all which has left me very disappointed. Poor.

Collection - excellent service
Prompt, helpful, efficient communication and service overall. Perfect. Loved the fact it was only a 2 hour collection window. Would highly recommend. Love the fact most stuff gets recycled rather than landfill.

You was fully booked but fitted me in
You was fully booked but fitted me in for next day . Even after a van broke down on motorway you still managed to get a crew to come out after 9.30pm.Then they hit a snag doors wouldn't go thru frame of door so they broke up the sofas and took them away.Thanks to family and team job well done
