Great service by VeryApt and the broker Hadieh. The VeryApt team and Hadieh were on top of things and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We were moving to the area from another city in a pandemic. Yet, she was very understanding and accommodated for virtual tours, shared from her past experience, and made great recommendations. We got a lease at one of our top apartments and were well guided. Great experience!

I have had an amazing experience of working with Hadieh while looking for an apartment in Evanston. Since I was moving from Australia, I needed all the help in scoping the right apartment for my budget and preferences, as I had very little understanding of the housing market in Evanston (and the US in general). Hadieh was super helpful in not just helping me find the right apartment but in also making sure that I was offered a discount which had been suspended a couple of days prior to my application.

My fiancé and I contacted Hadieh as soon as we knew we were moving to the Chicago area and she immediately set up a call with us to go through our preferences and explain the rental market.

She is professional and extremely responsive, which makes her wonderful to work with. We were unable to travel to the area to tour apartments with Hadieh, so she went out of her way to visit the apartments for us and gave us both live and video tours.

10/10 would recommend Hadieh - she made what would normally be an incredibly stressful process streamlined and smooth. We were able to secure an apartment in the area we wanted that met all of our preferences - thank you so much, Hadieh!

We worked with Brooke to find our apartment, and she could not have been better! Even as prices and options available were shifting each day, she was on top of it, working between us and the apartment building to get us the best deal and terms in an incredible quick amount of time. We were pretty much set and ready to go in a couple of days, several months out from lease-start. We can't recommend her enough!

Hadieh is great! Moving at any time is difficult, but ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. She went through multiple stages to talk with me about criteria I wanted in an apartment, locations, and even pricing to help me figure out what I actually needed--without being pushing or manipulative. Drove around the city AFTER A BLIZZARD to make sure we got to tour. Definitely recommending her to others I know.

Hadieh was extremely helpful and listened to all of my needs! She provided in depth research that allowed me to find the best deals in Chicago. She scheduled all of the tours and dealt with all the communication with leasing agents. We toured for an entire weekend and drove from location to location. Her expertise and knowledge helped me through the entire process. I ended up choosing an apartment that she recommended touring! Finding an apartment can be a difficult process but Hadieh made it easy. She’s overall an amazing agent and I would absolutely recommend to anyone renting or buying!

VeryApt helped immeasurably with my apartment search. I have a demanding job and have been working long hours lately, so there's no way I could have arranged all the tours we went on and collected all the information for each building/unit on my own. Since I'm moving to a new city, I wanted to see as many units as possible in one weekend. Kyle, my "local point person" was super helpful in setting everything up and giving advice as we were touring. I also really appreciate that all the reviews on the website are verified, with reviews on yelp or google or other websites, I always wonder how many are genuine. If I could give this website a million starts, I would!
