Having recently redecorated and re-carpeted our apartments corridors /stairwells/landings /foyers we are very pleased. We were kept well informed throughout the stages and the tradesmen were tidy and courteous.
We needed to remodel our offices, as well as repair dents in the corridors, redecorate them and replace the ceiling panels. From the very beginning, communication was quick and straightforward, making the whole process easy.
We chose Verulam Group because of their professionalism and competitive pricing, and the job was completed on time and to a high standard.
I would happily recommend Verulam Group to anyone looking for a professional and reliable company.
I have found Verulam Group, and particularly Kevin, to provide a fantastic level of service throughout the entire process. They kept us, the residents, fully informed and communicated with us clearly at every stage.
The level of detail, speed and professionalism shown throughout both the painting and carpeting works has been exceptional, while also ensuring that the quality of the finished work was maintained to a very high standard.
They also went above and beyond by identifying additional areas that required attention and proactively providing solutions to address them.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Verulam Group for property management, and I have already done so. They truly are a breath of fresh air and provide an exceptional, friendly and professional service
