Absolute joke.
Van went in for a factory recall (all in working order), came back with a knackered injector. Couldn't book us in for a week, van finally goes in for work and went work is completed it all of a sudden has a petrol contamination, bit of arguing about this was not us contaminating the fuel system, all of a sudden it's no longer a petrol contamination and needs to be sent for testing. 3 weeks later we are still waiting on work to complete. Chase it up daily and keep getting told someone will call me back and never does. In the meantime they have taken a van from us and provided a Yaris in place....hardly a fair swap for a business that makes deliveries daily.
Ridiculous.

Excellent service
All staff were excellent and took good care of us. From the first visit on Saturday to the 2nd visit on Monday. We were informed at each stage in a friendly and professional manner.

Toyota C-HR Handover
Stuart was was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when ordering my new car. Steve made sure the car was ready for our preferred handover day. He also helped us through the registration process on line and on the phone. Sonia finalised the hand over and was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car and settings. Over all a very pleasurable experience.

Excellent Service
We have been using this dealership since 2017 and have always had excellent service. Stuart Bolton has been our main contact and he has given us a lot of help and advice which is much appreciated. From the moment we walk into the dealership we feel welcome and respected by all the members of staff. The service team is also excellent and keeps us informed about our car's service.

Excellent service
I recently bought a new Yaris Design hybrid at Toyota in Leicester. The staff were very friendly and the process was made simple by the excellent advice offered. I had not driven an EV or hybrid before but everything was explained clearly and I am enjoying my new vehicle.
