We had a fantastic experience from Cameron he was knowledgeable and gave us a brilliant experience, Infact because of the way he dealt with us on the phone and by email we bought from Carlisle passing to closer Seat garages.
His manager Martin was also excellent. They really were a brilliant duo. We will definitely be back.I would also recommend them to anyone.

A garage you can trust that go above and beyond to help you at every single step. Having Hollie as the service advisor makes a massive difference to the experience. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of servicing and maintenance and certainly deserves recognition for the way she handles everything. The Mot tester was a gentleman aswell and definetly knows his stuff. I travel nearly 2 hours to use this garage as I feel no one can compete with them. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you and I will definetly be back. 😀

5 stars is not enough. Absolutely outstanding customer service by the lady and gentlemen on the front desk. Hollie and Simon I think they were called. Really friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I do not usually speak to people much but these had something about them. Had a nice conversation. Got things that I required done. Went out of their way to grab my son's car seat from their technician premises which is offsite down the road. Best dealership I've ever been to. I was offered a coffee dropping the car off and picking it up. Gave me a loan car whilst mine was getting repaired. Technician Anthony was also spot on! 10/10 Ian

World class customer service
I have been over the moon with the customer service and genuine care I receive from Damion at Seat Vertu Carlisle. He was genuinely interested in finding me a solution. I had complex needs and he explored many solutions before we found the perfect one. He explained everything clearly.
After I put deposit on car my previous car broke down and died on the way home and I was towed away. To my absolute astonishment Damion called me the following day to offer me a very flash courtesy car. It was very kind and made a huge difference during the time between deposit and getting the car which was coming from Derby.
When I went to collect the new car he showed me how it all worked. I discovered they'd given me a new tyre, new mats in the car and even a new charging cable, nice touch. From the very start the service has been exceptional and I will be returning and recommending.

Great deal, lovely people to buy from
Bought a Cupra Tavascan from them.
Great deal, great people, genuinely customer focussed. So refreshing to buy from a dealer that is equally attentive both before and after the deal is done. They simply could not do any more to make the experience any better. Definitely worth a look if you value great customer service as much as we do…..but great customer service with a great deal? Even better!

Amazing Experience
Great team, went to Vertu Seat and met Alicia, very professional and kind. Visited to talk about a car I had seen on the website and left having purchased it. Absolutely nothing to fault on the team here, kept me updated with progress on the car and had me driving within a week.
