Couldn’t be happier with the sales…
Couldn’t be happier with the sales team. From walking in the show room I was greeted by the staff. All smiling and happy. Offered refreshments and was seated for help. Fantastic Sales Team
The whole sales team were fantastic. From start to finish, in less than a week, their process was engaging ,friendly and devoid of any "pressure" . Their communication was 1st class. I would and will recommend these guys to anyone searching for a new vehicle.

My experience with BSM, but now Vertu was fantastic as always. All staff are so friendly and helpful. I have a new car from yesterday and this is my fourth car from them. I’m giving them highest recommendation.

We recently bought a car from Vertu Peugeot Banbury and had such a great experience, thanks to Jack.
The service we received from Vertu was noticeably different to other showrooms we’d visited. From the start, Jack was friendly, approachable and really easy to talk to. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the cars but what we appreciated most was how honest and genuine he was. There was no pushy sales pitch at all — he just listened to what we wanted, respected our budget and worked hard to find something that genuinely suited us.
He couldn’t have been more accommodating and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. We’re so grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking to buy a car.

Verity was extremely helpful from start to finish with my distance purchase, providing a video tour and offering to focus on any areas I requested and even going so far as to deliver the car herself,
The car was delivered in exactly the described conditions and so far shows no signs of any issues.

A standout professional sales team
I was looked after by the Peugeot sales team from the moment I stepped into the showroom.
They were very professional and managed my expectations extremely well and explained thoroughly all of the options and helped me to make my decision. They were not pushy in any way which I've experienced with other dealerships.
The whole process was quite long due to the paperwork, agreements, etc., but I felt well equipped to make the right decision especially as it is a large purchase!
Very professional and friendly.
