I bought an MG ZS from Nissan Ilkeston. Excellent service from the very first phone call to the delivery of the car.
Had a person video of the car from Adam Johnson. Then when I went to view the car, he explained everything and wasn’t pushy at all. He showed me all the features of the car and I didn’t feel rushed.
His manager Nik also was very helpful and the two of them made it easy to buy the car.
Would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again.

From, start to finish, the process was easy. From enquiring about the car, test driving to purchasing it. Ben made the whole process stress free. He sent a video of the cars exterior and interior and explained the spec of the car. Any question I asked he answered as his knowledge of the car was great. Great service and communication. After owning Vauxhall cars for many years we decided to go and have a look at a new Nissan Qashqai due to the new Vauxhall Frontiera only being avaiable to order and having around a 5 to 6 month delivery time. My wife and i had a run over to Vertu Nissan at Ilkeston.We were very impressed with the build quality of the Qashqai so had a wander in to the showroom and was immediatly welcomed by one of the sales staff who aked us if he could help with anything.We were invited to sit down and offered a hot drink.We explained that we knew very little about the Qashqi but were impressed by our first impressions of seeing the models they had on site.The salesman Mathew Hall introduced himself to my wife and myself and asked if we had our licences with us and would we like a test drive in their Qashqai demonstrator.He brought the car round for us and we both then had a test drive and were impressed with the drive and feel of the car and also the standard of equipment fitted to the car.My wife had said that if we had a new car it would be nice to have one with a heated steering wheel as we had on on a previous car we owned and she missed it on the Grandland we now owned.Mathew explained thet the Qashqai Tekna came with heated steering wheel,Heated seats and a heated front screen as standard equipment.They did not have a Tekna on site but one was located at Vertu Nissan at Sheffield and Mathew said they could have it sent down to Ilkeston for us to see.We thanked Mathew for his help and in less than 24 hours we received a call from Mathew to inform us the Tekna was on site and ready for us to come and see it .We went over the next day and were very impressed with the Tekna and also the fact that it was a pre registered car with a very very good saving on the list price .We then asked for a valuation on our Grandland and were very satisfied with the offer that was made so we shook hands on the deal and the car was prepared for us and we picked it up on the Friday of the same week.We are very pleased with the Qashqai Tekna and the courteous manner in whitch we were treated by everyone at Virtu Nissan Ilkeston.We would not hesitate to recomend popping in to see them .
