Re Hyundai's deal of hire purchase (£4000) to enable additional discount - dreadful IT! I could not make the e-signing work, and nor could Jack Burke on his first attempt when helping me out. CHANGE IT.

These guys are con artists and just want your money
Only giving them one star because I can't give 0 stars. This cowboy dealership sold my father-in-law, who’s a pensioner, a Peugeot 3008 with a recall on it. This was discussed with the dealer before purchase and they assured the purchaser that the recall had been dealt with and all was done, claiming it would take a while for the recall to clear on the official website. Trusting what was said, by the Vertu salesman, the car was purchased in good faith. Several weeks later, lo and behold, a recall letter was received as the work had not been completed on the car and rectified, so Vertu lied. When calling Peugeot to book in the work to be done, the car was booked into Vertu for repair. There’s an irony here. The car has now been booked in for several weeks time and they had the cheek to ask when the car goes in for the fault to be repaired if the owner would like a “service and valet for 30 quid?”. The gall and cheek. This will now be taken up with the relevant ombudsman, but in the mean time if you’re thinking of purchasing a car from Vertu Motors in Banbury or any other outlet, do yourself a favour and save yourself the grief and trouble by finding another dealer that is honest and isn’t going to con you. Message on GOV website: There's an outstanding recall on PEUGEOT 3008 ALLURE PREMIUM BLUE HDI.

The sales team bent over backwards to…
The sales team bent over backwards to sale a car, but after a week the power steering feels awkward, I went back to the showroom, and the car not be seen to the 28th August, this could be a safety issue but they are showing no interest, there after sales care is dreadfully.

Beware
We were mis sold a car with less than 1000 miles on the clock. No one now disputes that material information wasn’t disclosed on purchase -if it had been we wouldn’t have bought the car (multiple significant warranty repairs not disclosed). Vertu Banbury are absolutely dragging their feet on resolving - it’s taken months and is still ongoing. Everyone is friendly particularly when purchasing but have an issue and all you get is delay and inaction.
