My First Ever New Car
From first enquiry though to completion, my journey was made so enjoyable by the kind, considerate and knowledgeable people who helped me through the, new to me, process of purchasing a car in these modern times. Purchase of new Honda Prelude.
Went to Vertu in Lincoln to look at the new Prelude. Was met by Liana who was most helpful letting us have numerous test drives. The team there are very pleasant and worked hard to put a deal together that we were happy with. Have now taken delivery of our new car and couldn't be happier with it or the service we received from Liana in sales and the rest of the team at Vertu Honda in Lincoln.

Very happy with the experience
The salesman was very good and explained everything in detail. He was very patient with our questions and responded knowledgeably. The handover was great, with the salesman showing us around the car and it's facilities and ensuring we were confident and well prepared for leaving the forecourt. Since the sale, he has been in contact to make sure we were happy with the car and give us the chance to ask any questions.
