Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27 February , dropped off the day before ready to be looked at the next day.
I had to chase for weeks as they did not look at in on 27 January They kept saying they were looking at it tomorrow and then the next day. It got looked at on 4 march.
Collected on the 5 march to find out they had taken the tow bar off for no reason and left it on the bed of the tipper .
Appalling service .

On finding the right car buying / trading in a car with a dealer over 200 miles away can be stressful, but the pre and post sales experience was professional, courteous and very helpful without feeling pressurised. Sometimes buying a new car can be very…
Sometimes buying a new car can be very stressful, but here at Vertu, was not a problem. Charlie took care of it all, he was very helpful, nothing was too much for him. Also he took the time to explain more about the vehicle and controls. I have not had this from anywhere except here at Vertu in Stafford.
Happy, helpful, friendly faces. They are not pushy sales people.

Blown away by the whole team at Vertu Stafford as always. We've been purchasing from this dealership for the last twelve years and the team are amazing and totally understand the customer experience. Great to liaise with Darryl throughout, especially as our car was made to order.
