Tara was good but very overworked
Tara was good but very overworked
She was very helpful but it was difficult to speak on the phone as she was always busy
The car smelled of smoke when I received it
It looks to be a good car but the smell really spoils it
It drives nicely but I need the windows open to get fresh air
I suggest the team needs more staff and Tara deserves a payrise

I have to say this was the best experience I had ever had of buying a car. Vertu Shirley could not do enough from start to finish of the complete purchase process. It was made so easy and straight forward I would highly recommend five ⭐️ . From start to finish it was a really smooth transaction. No pressure selling and really lovely and efficient to deal with. This is my second car from this group and both dealerships have been great. Would definitely recommend if buying a used car.

I recently reserved a car online with Vertu Motors in Solihull and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Claude Spence delivered a level of service that felt both professional and personal, making the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.
From the moment he contacted me by phone I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued customer he was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offering clear, honest advice without any pressure. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel listened to rather than sold to, but Vertu Motors absolutely delivered on
What really stood out was the aftercare,even though I didn’t make a purchase due to ill health .That level of customer service is something you don’t forget.
So having not made a sale I still got the utmost respect from Claude and Jordan.

Initial enquiry / demo drive was for a potential purchase next year in March. This was explained pre demo drive in October which Shaun fully understood, and never tried to sell any product but was exceptionally helpful at that point answering all questions as if I were going to make purchase immanently. Upon deciding to make the purchase sooner Shaun again was helpful & understanding throughout.
