The car was ready to go with all the things we'd discussed in record time so we couldn't have asked for more!
Great aftercare checking we got home ok and the car was to our expectation along with follow ups for the car insurances and extra things we also took out.
I would definitely buy another car from here and Gabby again!

UPDATED: A difficult experience, but credit where it is due for how it was handled afterwards.
I purchased my car from Bristol Street Motors three years ago. At the time the sales team were friendly and helpful and I had no complaints about the purchase process itself.
Unfortunately my experience with the service department was very disappointing. My car developed an issue with a corroded coolant pipe underneath the vehicle which required urgent attention. When the service team inspected the car they explained that corrosion had been caused by a small crack at the front of the vehicle that had been present since purchase. This potentially resulted in a premature significant repair cost.
When I asked whether the dealership would consider contributing towards the repair as a gesture of goodwill, I felt the response from the service desk was dismissive and I left feeling belittled and unheard. I was also told the car had received a courtesy clean and valet, which had not been done. When I asked to see the invoice before paying the bill, I was made to feel as though this was an unreasonable request, despite the size of the cost.
At the time this was extremely frustrating, particularly as I had already been without my car for several weeks causing my high levels of stress and anxiety.
Shortly after collecting the vehicle, I then experienced a loud screeching noise which was extremely worrying given the recent repair. I did then make a complaint directly to the dealership about my experience and the noise, I am happier to say this was investigated very quickly by both Phil and Mark and turned out to be a small stone caught between the brake disc and backing plate. Once removed the issue was resolved immediately.
The Manger Phil who has contacted me directly then took the time to speak with me about my experience. He listened to my concerns, acknowledged why I had been so upset and apologised that the service had fallen short of expectations. I was also able to give direct feedback to the service advisor involved, who had asked for honest feedback and appeared genuinely willing to learn from the situation.
While my initial experience was upsetting, I do appreciate that the dealership took the feedback seriously and made the effort to listen I was also much happier with the speed and communication regarding the secondary issue and the way management took my complaint seriously.

Verity in redditch was a great experience. There was a delay in the vehicle but this was not the branches fault, instead due to the amount of cars ordered because of the good deal. I dealt with Will - the new car sales manager who was brilliant throughout the whole process. When ordering the car he answered all my queries and explained the process thoroughly and responded to all my emails promptly whenever I had a question following this! Handover day was great too - top service from will and the branch altogether. Really recommend to everyone!

I recently renewed my motability contract and chose a ford kuga to suit my needs. I dealt with Mr Brooke’s from the start. He was friendly, helpful & very informative. He informed me about the features of the car in a pace that was comfortable and easy for me to follow. I wasn’t treated any different because I was a Motability customer and found the overall experience very good. Also any aftercare I may need I can just contact him again which makes things much easier to deal with.

Took my Puma for its first service. Charlie looked after me - called me to let me know what had been done and when car could be collected. Also came over to meet me and offered an interest free payment plan with a discount. Excellent customer service and a credit to your company. Friendly, knowledgeable and went over and above what was required.

Joe was brilliant all the way through. We’ve been customers for a few years now but bought our last car from another dealership which made us realise how great the service with Joe in Redditch actually was. So when he contacted us with a deal we couldn’t resist we made an appointment straightaway. As expected Joe was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. He must keep notes about customers or have a great memory because he remembered lots of important details about us which made the experience very personalised. He explained all of our options and really got us a deal that was perfect!
Joe is a real credit to Ford and to his dealership.
