The staff at Vertu Dunfermline were so nice & helpful. The sales team were very friendly, knowledgeable & professional, with the hand over of the car going so smoothly. After buying a car from them I had a curtesy call a few days later asking if everything was okay. I had a couple of queries which were dealt with promptly. visited the show room twice,both times the sales staff couldn`t do enough for me,One stood out in particular,his name is Gary Banintyne,i am 76years old and right away he put me at ease regarding technology,over the course of the two weeks it took to buy my new car he was an immense help to me,so thank you once again Gary.

Bought a nearly new car from the dunfermline branch.
Was made to feel welcome from the young lady who dealt with me, Odette McDonald, she was patient in finding out what I was looking for to accommodate my budget, she offered a wide range of nearly new cars that suited me before I finally opted for the one I bought, all through the process she was very professional and understanding that I am not a car expert and gave me good advice along the way, I would recommend visiting if you are looking for another car.
