Quick easy and smooth purchase of a 2nd hand bike through autotrader. Luke was a pleasure to deal with and made the first time experience of buying a bike without seeing it never mind sitting on it. Love my new bike and gave a fair trade in on my old bike.

What a lovely Dealership
What a lovely Dealership, just wish it was nearer. I live 200 miles away! Everything was arranged over the phone, just got a little confusing when messages changed from Text to Whats App but not really a problem. Lewis and Tom were great, and the delightful young lady on reception was ever so helpful

Jonny was a superstar from the moment I walked in to the show room he made the whole process a dream from the test ride to ordering the fantastic bike. Only the day I picked up the bike Barrie was also amazing and due to a communication breakdown from Rebecca he was put on the spot as I was told to be there at 10am from Rebecca but he was told 3pm .. a bit frustrating for not just me but Barrie .. but in the end all was good and I rode the machine home then went on holiday and can’t wait to get back and get out for a nice ride (hope the weather continues) thanks BMW

Peace of mind on my R1300GS
I bought a BMW R1300GS in December with 1700 miles on the clock from another BMW dealer close to where I live. I was on my 1st tour of the north east and an amber oil warning light came on during the ride. I followed the instructions on the screen and checked the oil level, which was fine and carried on with my journey, however the caption came on again. Being over 200 mile from my own BMW dealer I needed confidence in my bike to carry on with my trip. I contacted BMW Motorrad Sunderland and asked for advice. David Thompson (Serivce Manager) was a great help, they took my bike from me ran a diagnostic check on the bike. The result was an intermittent fault on a sensor, they advised me to return to my local dealer when I returned home. I carried on with my trip and I have since returned home safely, although the caption came on a few more times. A special mention must go to Jonny Bland, David Thompson and of course the service technicians (names unknown) for all their help.

There are few buying experiences like this anymore!
Having purchased 20 motorbikes over over 30 years, I thought it was about time I got a 21st! I visited a few dealerships with some awful customer service and then, having never had a Honda -ever- during my many years of riding- I visited the a Honda Vertu dealership in Grantham. Oh my word! Hands down this has been THE best motorbike buying experience ever! By miles!
Adam introduced himself after a few minutes of me browsing. Without any hassle or stalking, he allowed me time and space to look at the great selection of bikes. He happily offered to take bikes from their parked positions to allow me to sit on each one. His knowledge of the stock was second to none in terms of depth of specs and history! Absolutely brilliant and this gave me even more confidence in the potential of buying a Honda. I found a CB1000R which ticked every box I had expected in a bike. I was looking for a new riding position from my usual sports bikes, but with great power, handling and reputation! The bike was absolutely spotless! I thought it was brand new before Adam told me its age and mileage! Anyway, that was that! Bike bought, the deal was amazing and the bike is just fantastic! I am so very pleased with it and my purchase.
Thank you Adam, truly the most perfect salesmanship with the added bonus of such brilliant knowledge of the bikes. The admin was slick and seamless, much of it electronic. I selected a pickup day and time. On arrival the bike had been prepared and was ready (inside away from any chance of anyone sitting in it or it catching a rain cloud!).
The handover was detailed and at a pace which was perfect.
I have already received the ownership documents via DVLA 2 working days after riding the bike home!
The bike is just amazing! A-Mazing! Love it.
Thank you Vertu, thank you Adam! Such a great experience, my wife is already looking to buy her next bike from this dealership!

Helpful as ever in the changing of my bike, as I bought a r1300gsa but struggled with the height, so after only 5 weeks I ask to change to the r1300gs
Barry Silverthorne again worked it all out for me and everyone at BMW Motorad Sunderland enabled me to change over in 2 days

Great buying experience
What a great experience buying a bike from Vertu Honda, Stockton. The service and attention from my initial enquiry to collecting the bike was second to none. Kenn and Chris were friendly, helpful and supportive throughout the process. I had spotted the bike I wanted, and I was able to specify a couple of additional requirements, which were addressed to my total satisfaction. I had to travel over two hours to collect the bike, so everything needed to be just right when I got there. I was absolutely satisfied with the whole buying experience and would wholeheartedly recommend buying your new or used bike from these guys. Oh, and to top it off, I collected the bike on 'free butty' day!
