I am unbelievably grateful to find out this product has such an amazing warranty. I cannot express how much I rely on this product. It was a pretty seamless process. The only thing that was a bit of stumble was when the order was placed, it was supposed to come with two monitor arms and I guess there was a discrepancy between what the order said and what was requested. This caused things to be delayed. I emailed and called a few times and was assured it was on its way. It wasn’t until I spoke to a different representative, I believe her name is Lizbeth, and she caught the I consistency and resolved it. I do understand the other rep is remote and may not have the same access. This caused the replacement to be delayed for a week, which was a little bit disappointing. But overall so happy with the outcome and incredibly grateful that I didn’t have to go through a ton of obstacles to get it replaces. Really really truly appreciative. Thank you so very much.

I purchased the larger of the Foundry Bench™ Corner Standing Desks. I am delighted with the quality of this desk and so glad I went ahead with my purchase. This is one beautiful desk, and it's very robust and seems VersaDesk literally thought of everything when packaging. I have 2 work computers, each with 2 monitors, and a personal computer too. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the frame is as sturdy as one could have hoped for. I read some negative reviews, and although I loved what I saw in the pictures, I hesitated to purchase because of them. I couldn't find a desk I liked better, but I was going to settle for something I didn't like as much from a competitor. Their products were on back order, so I decided to take a risk despite the reviews, and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. I worked with the product experts Lizz and Randi who answered all of my questions. The customer service manager, Preston, was so on top of things that he was proactive with some communications when I followed up with shipping questions. Seemed they were attentive at every step. I have a relative who came to my house for a holiday celebration; she was retired but had worked her entire career in office furniture sales and was a competitor of VersaDesk. She was in awe of the quality of this product. Morale of this purchase story - don't believe everything you read on the internet as gospel, and just know you get what you pay for. In this case, you pay a price consistent with a quality product, and it was most certainly worth the cost.

Halfway through building the desk it became apparent they had shipped TWO of the lefthand sides of the desk, and none of the righthand side - making it impossible to build the desk. Promises of overnighted parts, to no avail. I'm now 7 weeks since ordering and have a pile of useless aluminum and particleboard in my floor that's cost me $1600+ DON'T DO IT

I ordered an elite desk top and quad monitor stand November 29th. I got the desk in less that a week, but the monitor stand was missing even though the tracking showed both. I contacted support and was told they were seperated and given new tracking for the monitor stand.
Upon receiving the monitor stand, it was only the arm for one set of monitors. We were a week later at this point and I was unable to use the desk with the monitor stand. I contacted support again, after 4 days they finally shipped the missing parts.
We are now 2 weeks later, the monitor stand arrives and it will not thread together for the stabilizer and support pole. I bought a stand alone mount on Amazon for $50 and it is twice the quality of the $200 stand from versadesk. I am currently in the process of returning the stand .
For the cost I am very unsatisfied with the quality of both the desk and stand.
I bought the Versa Desk Power Pro. The product came with one screw (that was already installed) torn out and two missing screws (that are meant to attach the keyboard). I'm not an unreasonable person, I don't think I need a new desk. I just need the missing screws and I'm happy to fix the one part , attach the keyboard, and work...but they will not send me the screws. My local hardware store does not carry them and we all know the screw has to fit exactly. Not sure why the company cannot just send me what they failed to put in the box. It should not be that hard. I have been emailing for months!
Company is a HOAX. Purchased the Foundry Bench 11/2023. What a beautiful desk. It didn't come with any instructions and I had to google for the instructions (strike one). I ordered a CPU holder, but it was received 2 weeks after my desk arrived (strike two). After two months, the raising/lowering mechanism started to malfunction, causing the entire system to shutdown and require a reset. Since that time, I'm now having to reset the desk about twice a month - which requires complete removal of my CPU from the CPU holder (strike three). NO RESPONSES FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE - PHONE OR EMAIL. I honestly don't think they have anyone in customer service.
The quality of this desk is lower than I'd expected. Overall it's amazingly sturdy, etc. but... they went cheap on some things. 1. The casters roll well, but the locking mechanisms are weak plastic, hard to use with a foot so you have to bend down. Most use a metal lever that's lots sturdier. 2. the keyboard tray moves back and forth smoothly, but... it also moves back and forth too easily, so if you are mousing, it can move. Needs a locking mechanism. 3. The instructions are horrible. Printed in color, but... black parts, you can't actually tell if the "bracket pointing inward" means the single part of the bracket or the two prong piece, etc. They could have done a ton better job here, for a premium desk at this price. 4. Holes. The holes for my upper deck and for my main desk were mis-drilled in relation to the metal supports. Not enough off that I could re drill -- and they have metal sleeves in them so not happening. I got about half of them in so it's ok, but that's just poor QA. Some of the holes drilled for the accessories, such as the control head, were simply missing. 5. Cable management. I'd have expected something to manage the cable from the controller down to the main unit. There are a couple cable loops in the box, but not in the instructions and I could not for the life of me figure out where they should actually connect.
Where to even begin... I had given three stars until I got the email that said my review was live and it wasn't. I'm submitting this directly on Trustpilot rather than the link Versadesk sent me. That means, all of the images I uploaded aren't visible wherever it says "(see image below)."
First off, I ordered and am reviewing the Micro Power Desk Riser - Single. I have to say that I was initially excited to find this item on Amazon because it was just what I needed. I went directly to the Versadesk website from there and found (what I thought was) a good deal on it, $149.00. Unfortunately, that's about where all of the good vibes end.
15 May 2024 - Item ordered. After completing my purchase online, I received... nothing. Every online/e-commerce purchase I have ever made has sent me a confirmation email that verifies my order has been received. Not so with Versadesk.
17 May 2024 - Dispute lodged. I gave the unknown status a couple of days figuring wires got crossed. When there was still no communication, I filed a dispute with my payment provider. What was I supposed to think? After all, my money went to them, but I didn't hear anything in return.
20 May 2024 - Versadesk responds. The first email at 9:42am states, "We're on it" and "We're pulling your order." The second email at 9:44am states, "We're building your order" and "As soon as we double-check your order for quality and accuracy, we will shoot you another email!"
21 May 2024 - Versadesk didn't send me an email, I received shipping information from UPS MyChoice.
24 May 2024 - Item arrives. I'll give five stars for their packaging, that's it.
I hate to say it, but the quality I was expecting just wasn't there. The power cords are mismatched (see image - the image shows mismatched cords, a straight line with a plastic lock that's useless because what it connects to is an elbow), the post is misaligned by a degree or two in relation to the mount (see image - the image shows a level picture on my wall while the monitor on the riser is off kilter), and the rising segment of the stand impacts with the motor housing attached to the base (see image - there are flecks of plastic where the two rub against each other each time the riser is lowered).
To be honest, I'd say it's probably worth the $149.00 I paid for it, but not one cent more. Heaven forbid the riser fails, I'd hate to test the warranty service out. Other than that, I'd say steer clear.
This would be a one star review except I did, finally, get all the parts to set up my desk. Absolutely no thanks to anyone I talked to EXCEPT for one sales agent. It took 3 shipments, 4 months and hours and hours of phone calls (where they mostly implied that I was an idiot and couldn't measure) for them to listen to me about parts missing, or not lining up right. I like the desk now that I finally have everything but don't trust them or their warranty at all after this mess so I sure hope it lasts. I was trying to support an American company that stood by their product, but they obviously don't care. What a headache.
You customer service is terrible~ This desk took forever to arrive and is STILL broken. We have provided photos and video of the malfunction and still NO response or accountability from your Company. I will NEVER purchase from VersaDesk Again
I bought one of these at Christmas after watching many videos and reading reviews. The product did arrive, however, I am trying to communicate with VERSADESK they appear to have NO customer service. The desk appears to skip on the worm drive at top of motion. I have emailed every address you have on the internet, some even bounce, including sales. I tried the website chat, I have called, sale and support goes to the same voicemail. No one replies. No one is there!? - DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

Do not purchase from this company. Just getting them to ship me the product was a nightmare. I still have not received the items and it has been right at 30 days and I am now being told it will take an additional 30 days before it ships. But they took my money with no problem.

My desk came with crucial components that do not fit together. I opened up a ticket with support, and was told it's because I tightened some bolts too early (the instructions don't clearly state when to do so). I have assembled quite a lot of furniture in my time, and never made any errors. I know what I am doing. Anyway, the explanation didn't make a ton of sense, but I'm willing to give it a try. So they say they will talk to the engineer and figure out what new parts I need. I'm told to expect a call at any time from that person. A week later, I've still heard nothing, and have to reach out to support to find out they still haven't talked to the engineer. I have to threaten a refund to get them to finally commit to putting in an order for the replacement parts they think I need. Two weeks later, I've received nothing, and reach out to support again. Turns out they still hadn't even shipped these components. I've got a 65 square foot hazard taking up a big chunk of my office for 3 weeks and no end in sight. Not thrilled with my purchase. I should have just requested a refund after all.
UPDATE (8/1) - Someone finally reached out and took care of my order. Thank you versa desk for your hard work, acknowledgement of the error, and your efforts to resolve this matter asap.

Similar to another review I can actually copy paste most of it for accurate of a review it was. So, I am adding mine. When I ordered, site said 10-15 days for delivery, however, my order placed on June 11th still has no ship date! Several attempts to contact went unanswered. Phone calls would not go through, chat was always unavailable and emails would go unanswered.
As of writing (7/31), still no reply from company regarding this desk

Shortly after my review was posted, I was able to connect with Eduardo on July 27th. I answered the questions and provided photos on July 28th. Again, no communication since July. I sent several follow up emails asking for a status on the missing parts and the replacement desk surface and all have gone unanswered.
I am still stuck with a $2000 sit to stand desk that doesn't work and only 3/4 able to assemble.

When I ordered, site said 10-15 days for delivery, but it took about 8 weeks before it arrived. Several attempts to contact went unanswered. Phone calls would not go through, chat was always unavailable and emails would go unanswered.
Desk finally arrived but was missing the switch box and the center surface was not machined properly on the right side (neither of the side surfaces would align with the holes on the right side). Other than that, the materials are good quality, and if I can get this thing working should last for quite a while.
Again tried to reach their support, but experiencing the same lack of response. At this point, I own a $2000 sit to stand desk that doesn't work and only 3/4 able to assemble. I really just need the switch box sent and a center surface replacement.

I had the opportunity to work with Louie Ortiz through the ordering process of Foundry Bench Corner Desk. He was great to work with, he was able to get the order sent to the warehouse to be pulled within 1 week of ordering.
However, it was not mentioned that it was going to take 5 weeks to be processed through the warehouse then to be shipped. Shipping time was fine (10 days) as this was outside their control, rather the shipping company's responsibility.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the desk so far. It seems to meet my needs for putting A/V equipment on for a classroom environment.
