Had a problem with wasps. We were lucky that Paul was in the area and he was here the same day and gave great advice to sort the issue and prevent it happening again.
He is obviously an expert and a nice chap too.

Fantastic reliable service
Paul provided great communication from the beginning, he explained what he was going to do and how he could help. We were very pleased with the service and felt that we were being taken care of. We have booked for him to return in a few weeks time for further treatment.

Paul provides a very prompt and effective service - he is very helpful, fully explaining and providing the solution to whatever vermin problem you have. We can’t recommend Verminator highly enough. We have used Paul twice now for different vermin issues and will definitely use him again.

Rodents in attic
Had a rodent issue in our extension attic and called Paul. He has been amazing and very thorough when checking around the property for potential issues that might have led to our issue. Paul has been really informative when explaining how and where rodents have entered the property and very helpful with rectifying the issues. I messaged verminator today at 8.30am…
I messaged verminator today at 8.30am and Paul responded in minutes we briefly discussed my problem with a wasp nest, within three hours Paul was on site and dealt with a massive wasp nest. Absolutely first class service. Can't recommend verminator highly enough.

Paul was very helpful
Paul was very helpful, he sent videos on how to prep the house beforehand and was very prompt with timing. He was very friendly and genuine and was very quick to respond. The treatment worked the first time, however, to make sure the pests had gone he advised to have a second. I couldn’t recommend more :)

I'm a roofing contractor
We discovered a large wasps nest on a roof we were about to start, making it impossible to continue working
I had never had dealings with Paul previously and got his name from Google
He replied to my call swiftly and explained that he could do the job in a few hours time and what the cost would be, I agreed, and true to his word he did everything as explained
I would recommend Paul to anybody in the future and will be passing his name on to others in my trade

Wasp Nest in the Attic
The manner in which Mr Crouch dealt with our complaint a wasp nest in our attic was super efficient. Initially he replied to my answerphone message immediately and the following day, a Sunday, he arrived on time, he explained what he planned to do and just got on with it. Having removed the nest from the attic he took it all away for disposal. Thank you very much sir. No doubt should we have a complaint of a similar nature in the future we will be on the phone to you straight away. Lewis Thomas Peniel Carmarthen.

Bees in chimney
I bought a property and then realised there were thousands of bees in the chimney. After lots of phone calls to different people, Paul was the only one who could help! I'm so glad it was paul though.. he was absolutely amazing, talked us through everything, removed the bees safely and re homed them. It's now nice to be able to open my windows without bees coming into the house. Paul is very reliable, honest and extremely good at his job. Would highly recommend for any pest control issues.

Professional and excellent service
Paul from Verminator is excellent from first point of contact to him completing his job. Everything he said he would do did happen.
His customers were my parents - both in their 80's although pretty street wise it is always a concern that they could be taken advantage of.
He arrived on time exactly as agreed. Rang to say he had finished his previous job and was on his way.
He is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about his job. He takes time to check the house - no feeling he is in a rush. We had complete confidence in his advice.
We weren't sure if we had a rat or mice in the loft. Fortunately it was probably a mouse that was no longer there.
His advice was completely appropriate to the issue. Consequently he only needed that one visit.
We most definately recommend Paul and Verminator.
My parents would love him to visit again just for his company!!

Excellent service and communication throughout. Resolved the Rat problem after 2 visits. Identified and blocked off the locations that they were entering the property. Gave us a detailed report that we could give to the landlord to enable work to be done to prevent future infestations. Cannot recommend highly enough.
